So had an awesome experience at the Fido store. Kass helped find the perfect phone for my daughter, she was very thorough. No confusion when I left, felt very confident. Kass has a co worker sorry im not sure of her name but she had a very cool Narwhal tattoo. Thanks ladies very friendly knew the business and made me feel comfortable.

Fido is hands down the best phone company I’ve ever been with. I’ve been with them for less than 6 months and I’ve gotten free AirPod pros and an iPhone 13 for $30 per month LESS than my old phone plan. Not to mention my old phone plan was 4GB of data and now I get 25GB. AJ has helped me both times and he is awesome! In and out of the store with a new device within 10 minutes both times.

I gave this store a poor review 3 years ago. My wife was due to get a new phone so we thought we stop by. Unfortunately nothing as changed. Same lazy demeanor from the staff member. They didnt have the phone we wanted in stock so he said he would get it in the next day. We went back and he said it never came in. I'm a very patient person so i was more than happy to wait another day but he couldnt be bothered to help us.He literally told us to go to Wirelesswave instead, so we did and couldn't be happier. This has got to be the worst cell phone store.

I'm useless when it comes to tech things, and Yash was awesome. Helped to find me the perfect phone with no added stress, took extra care that everything was done perfectly and in a good amount of time. Super polite, 13/10 would recommend to anyone!!

The girls that helped me with my device were wonderful. I have been in a few stores that we horrible, the customer service in theses other store was disheartening, but i stop in to the one in the mall and the young lady that help me was great. she even went out of her way to drive to another store to get me the phone that I wanted as they were sold out. If it had not been for Ellie's personality and initial frist great impression I would have just continued on my with day and not got a new phone...great work ladies...Thank You
