Im building a basketball court in my backyard and went on the website found it completely not user friendly at all. decided to call the office in Mississauga and whoever picked up the phone did not want to speak at all. Ive purchased flooring from these guys already and thought that they might value a loyal customer but that is not the case at all. Horrible customer service with a lack of understanding of the product. The person i spoke too had no clue about what they offered and when asked about there product he told me to talk to a subcontractor. Would have rated the product differently but they did not even let me get to that point. Very unprofessional. Lost a loyal customer.
