Searching for a car was a very hard decision as we had a small budget and not a lot of hope, Sully had called us after a few bad experiences and brought us in to look at a few vehicles. A 2007 Ford Fusion was the first vehicle he showed us and right away we knew it was what we needed, Sully took his time answering our questions and was incredibly helpful when making the decision. Now we just have to hope the car lasts us, and hopefully we’ll be back!

I dealt with Jeffery and David and it was by far the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had. My boyfriend is an oil field worker and was away for work. They were so understanding of that and helped us through everything through the phone no problem. They were so on top of everything and called us back with information and details very quickly. When we went to pick up our truck, they were so friendly and had everything all ready to go. We were able to drive off with our truck the next day after inquiring. I hands down would recommend Jeffery and David to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. We will definitely go back to them and their team at Waterloo Ford. Thank you for making this all possible for us and for making the process go smoother than we could’ve imagined.

If I could leave zero stars I would.I brought my truck in for service for a scheduled appointment. 2 days later, nothing was done. I needed my truck back, so I picked it up, oil change wasn’t done, 2 recalls were not complete and they couldn’t diagnose the sound from my brakes. The only thing done was they fixed a leaky tire, but this work was done while I was there waiting to pick it up. Did I mention, I had a scheduled appointment and they had my truck for 2 days?! Complete waste of time and terrible service. Clearly they are too busy working on police fleet vehicles to service the average customer. Take your vehicle elsewhere!

The service advisor was great. The location was great and the waiting room was comfortable. The reason for my visit was an oil change which was pretty basic. But since leaving I have had issues that I have to find time to go get my truck looked at.The shield in the driver side wheel well was not replaced properly its missing the clip and when turning left it rubs on the wheel. The second issue is the radio keeps resetting to am every time I turn the truck off and start it up. The third thing which could have been bad was the skid plate was not replaced but the tech realized it just before I left and put it back on in the parking lot.

Bought a truck. New battery, oil change and all the nice things. A lot of money.1 week later it's sitting, cant pass inspection, wont even start. New battery, thermostat, steering rack, rotor and wheel bearing. Cool. Then you find out the computer is 'different' when key gets lost. Nevermind the major fuel leak due to a failing injector seal. Cut a guy a break.

I made the right choice by purchasing my vehicle through Waterloo Ford and Lincoln. My salesman Shariff went above and beyond to support me and make this an easy purchase. The management and finance team were also great to deal with and helped me through the purchase process. The vehicle I purchased was not knew but looked like it when I drove off the parking lot. This is was my first vehicle purchase in a long time and I’m very glad I did this with Shariff and the team at Waterloo. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a similar experience.

I've had some negative points on these guys in the past. But that being said, they have sure stepped up their game in the service department. Marni is absolutely amazing, Shannon has a great attitude and a very bubbly personality. And the mechanics definitely know what they're doing. I have nothing but good to say about these guys and I will definitely be dealing with them in the future

My last couple of experiences at Waterloo Ford have not been as good as they should have been. I have a 6 year/120 km maintenance plan (paid good money for it when I purchased the vehicle). I took the vehicle in for service (the works package) it took about an hour or so which is good, however when I was informed my vehicle was ready to go, I was told that my paperwork could not be printed at the moment and was promised that I would get an email on Monday morning or the latest Tuesday morning and it’s now Wednesday evening still no paperwork, I was actually not told what they did during the service (where tires rotated, do I need to have them retorqued, how are my brakes, I have no idea, was there any issues etc) now this is the second time that this has happened when I came in for maintenance service. As well during this service I asked for the wiper blades to be changed as it’s part of the package, while I was just about to leave since I was told the vehicle was ready to go, the mechanic came outside and stopped me and told me that the wiper blades had not been changed yet, he had to go back in and get the new blades, while he was installing them I asked about the rear window wiper blade and he told me they didn’t have any in stock, and he tell the service advisor to order one and let me know when It comes in to come back and have it replaced, still haven’t heard anything about it. Like I said I have no idea what service was actually done and no paperwork of said service. I know this doesn’t seem serious but it’s quite frustrating, there also have been other issues in regards to an appointment I’ve had in the past, but won’t get into that here.
