I have always wanted a ford Bronco and Rob Hannah from sales, and Michael Chamberlin from financing made it happen! I was hesitant at first and kept being indecisive with my choice, but Rob was super patient and walked me through many options that would best suit me financially. Then once I chose to go with the 2023 ford bronco sport badlands, Michael from financing did everything in his power to help me out! He was super thorough and explained everything with such fine detail that I left the dealership with confidence. The best part about my experience with Airport ford was that I felt like I was talking to 2 close friends! Both of these guys are super professional and talked to me like a friend! We joked, laughed, and poked fun which made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. Going forward, I will only be buying my cars and getting maintenance done at this location. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE….GO SEE ROB AND MICHAEL FROM AIRPORT FORD! I promise you will not regret anything!

My Sales Representative, Steve Gracie, was great. He went above and beyond the requirements to make the buying of my new car a wonderful experience. Michael Chamberlin was also great in helping me complete the form for the Ford Mobility Program. I was greeted immediately by the staff. Turned over to John Drysdale who reviewed my needs and proceeded to locate a car to my specifications. Karyn helped me out with the paperwork without trying to oversell the add on products. Final pickup ran smooth. I would be very happy doing business with Airport Ford Lincoln in the future.

Great experience! Love my new Bronco.The staff at Airport Ford were fantastic to deal with. Steve Gracie was straight forward and very helpful, he stayed hours past his work day to help me multiple times.Karyn and Mike in finance were great and made the process easy, no bs.Cam and Braden helped with getting me set up and on my way in the new vehicle. Both very easy to chat with and very helpful.Everyone made it feel like a customer service experience again and I had the Bronco Badlands in a matter of days.Highly recommend.

The most terrible and very dangerous unsafe service. I had an oil and filter change here, after all, they handed me the key and took payment and said ready to go, Thanks to God, that I opened front hood of the car to see works, and I found the oil cap was off, it has not been placed back after oil change. What is the point of getting service done by certified dealers??, where they forget very very important things and that can cause damage to an internal engine of your expensive car. Never go back again!!!! I have also attached picture for the proof. Be careful guys, avoid this kind a places. Last but not least not even worth 1 star rating. #Ford #airportfordhamilton

While I didn't end up buying a car here, I did communicate with Sales Rep Cameron several times.I appreciate he was working hard for my business and understood what I was looking for. I would recommend you call him if you are looking for a new car.

Purchased a used vehicle from Airport Ford that was at another dealer. Few delays in getting it but Nic, Braden and the team at Airport Ford were very generous and helpful. They worked hard at making sure we were prioritized. We will be back!

Last week I Picked up my New Bronco Sport Outer Banks from Brayden, I highly recommend Airport Ford for their utmost professionalism and how fast they were able to resolve my two minor issues. Scott in service was amazing to deal with, and put me into a service loaner until my headlight and rear trunk liner was corrected. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
