Long wait times during Black Friday sale, but all the workers stayed positive and helpful despite this. Even staying past closing to help me with issues setting up my new phone despite them already having a long and busy day. They told me they would wait and help for however long was needed which made the situation indefinitely better. They were very accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

We were at the Wireless Kiosk (Barrie Costco) on Dec 30th. It was super busy but Adam was awesome. He was efficient but we didn’t feel rushed at all. He just explained our options and helped get us set up with new phones. We got a better deal than we anticipated and are so glad we decided to go there for phones. Highly recommend!!

Freeman from the Barrie store was amazing!! Knows his stuff, was able to get me every discount possible. Did two phones as fast as the system allowed. Very knowledgeable on contracts, apple care and the phones themselves!! Thanks again Freeman!!

What an absolutely amazing experience! This was my first time dealing with the kiosk in Costco and I will only be doing so from now on! The staff were pleasant, explained everything thoroughly and they have great deals. What else could you ask for? Keep it up! Don’t run, walk for all of your cellular needs! (I think it’s clear how excited I am about my positive experience here!)

What can I say Adam here is pretty awesome. Been dealing with him for the last few years. Always ready and willing to answer my questions. After getting a new phone with Adam earlier today . I changed my mind and decided to come back to the store and get new phones for my teens. There I had the pleasure dealing with kris. He was was just as awesome. no complaints here. These guys know their stuff. Definitely highly recommend them for any questions you may have , feel free to ask away.

As always we’ve dealt with the same person now for over 3 years Adam at the Costco Wireless Center in Barrie , he’s efficient, helpful , knowledgeable and very personable. Always a pleasure , we actually waited a day until he was back in . It’s all about a relationship.That being said I’m sure the other reps are great too !
