Well what can I say.. I have had the best service here. I was at shoppers an was getting so sick of waiting an I went over to try pharmasave. An wow they are amazing, so friendly an will answer any of your questions. You are not waiting 45 min- 3 hrs I have dropped off prescription an was done in about 5-10 min. Please everyone go here. CAITLIN an her team will help serve you an help you feel better

Caitlin is the master of injections. My 11 year came for immunizations and said “5/5!!! She’s so much better than the school nurse. I didn’t even feel it” pharmasave is a friendly environment.

When your pharmacy celebrates your 16th birthday - be still my beating heart! This is exactly why we come to you guys! The personal service and extra touches that we have received from you and your staff are beyond a good business model they are great customer service and why you are an amazing part of the community. From this birthday celebration, to contacting drs with little notice, supporting the transition of medication , advice on medication issues, to finding candy when my daughters blood sugar plummeted after a vaccination…. You are all simply the best!!!There has never been a time when I have walked out of Pharnasave Portage and not been 100% satisfied with the interaction. They truly have brought back that nostalgic feeling of pharmacy’s from yesteryears & make each and every customer feel like they are the only person who matter whether is on the phone, in person or through text.Never in a million years did I expect this fantastic surprise for my daughter in her birthday, she was so impressed that you took the time to wish her a happy birthday and out beautiful stickers on her prescription.Hands down best business in town!!!

Made the switch to Pharmasave, and haven't looked back. Heather went out of her way to check in on me when I was physically not well. My 93 yr old neighbor said Caitlin was the best pharmacist she had ever talked to, and was elated at the above-and-beyond service. (Caitlin came to administer her vaccines while she sat in the car so she didn't have to worry about a wheelchair or walker) 10/10 Highly recommend switching!

I love this pharmacy! I can message the pharmacist and she gets my order ready! She calls my Dr. for refills, and she is even giving us our shingles shots! She even takes care of my cats prescriptions!! At the ready to answer all questions!! Staff is amazingly helpful as well! Fast efficient service!! Thanks Pharmasave!

Absolutely love our new pharmacy we chose. Best decision and best thing to happen to us during this year hands down!!! This pharmacy is so welcoming , loving, caring and go above and beyond for you and your family. They Always greet with a smile, and I always leave with a smile.. This past year I lost my father because of cancer not one time did they let us down, we were never scared to ask a question , never left alone. 100 percent amazing crew! You guys rock.

We have been very happy since switching over to Pharmasave. Our prescriptions are always same day and on time. When we were out of town and forgot a medication at home, Caitlyn was great to refill it and let a friend pick it up for us. The staff is always friendly and happy. Thank you for everything.
