My first visit to Pizza Nova was awesome. Pizza quality was good. Served hot and fresh. Swift service with very friendly and responsive stuffs.Will surely visit again. Thanks for making my lunch special.

I love Pizza Nova but this location was a bit of a disappointment. They often don’t have great selection of slices. I came at around 11:30pm on a Friday (they close at 1am) and they had 2 old slices of cheese pizza left. The man at the counter said they wouldn’t have any more. He wasn’t super friendly and took awhile to come to the front cash. I was hoping for Pizza Nova - but instead we went to Pizza Pizza across the street which was fully stocked with slices and rocking busy.

It was not the best pizza let me tell you that ! should’ve had gone to dominos. I wanted to try something different worst experience Ever! I ordered A large pizza online for pick up.Don’t get me wrong staff is nice and okay ,when I get there I have the brilliant Idea to add chicken pollini!!!!!!! what a mistake I get to my spot I find a long thick black hair in my bites mix in with the sauce. I know the hair didn’t belong to the Chinese men. Since they had no long hair but the Indian guy who came after and prep my bites awful !!!!

Basic pizza experience. The pizza was not the freshest and the access to the restaurant is not the greatest, if your driving. The parking is very tricky for timing out front, so pay attention to the signs. I almost got a ticket because of this detail. Lucky for me, I was in and out fast enough. With 2 other pizza options across the street, I may try a different one next time. Sorry Pizza Nova. Wasn’t impressed.

Pizza was cold and bad to be reheated. Crust was crunchy but it was also dry. The pizza would have had zero taste if I didn’t add cheese and garlic powder. Won’t go back.

2/3/3023 I tried an online order. Website not working. I wanted 2 pizzas and kept putting me back to previous city lived in.. not ready for prime time. They are making it too hard to order from them. Shame.… so I did an online order, and when I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find order. I had ordered the two sandwiches special. Finally they found it and made it within 10 minutes after apologizing. The veal sandwich was very good. The chicken cutlet sandwich was OK. They need to figure out their online system so it works smooth. I would go back though and try it again for some of the other sandwiches and of course I haven’t tried the pizzas yet. If they can’t find the order again after I get their online order email confirmation comes in,I’ll never go back.

The pizza is amazing at this location, perfectly made and the service is fast. I got a medium pizza with pineapples, it was delicious! Will be coming here again soon! Thank you!

It's a good place to stop if you're looking for an inexpensive meal in downtown Toronto. Not the best Pizza Nova pizza I've ever had, but it was still better than most pizza downtown.

the person taking order was really calm polite and helpful despite of huge order and mixup of toppings he heard us well and made a perfect cooked pizza for entire family. Very nice place to dine in and also best quality pizza served

PAPER THIN SLICES! I've never seen pizza rolled so thin in my entire life. A tortilla would have had more substance than this slice. Basically a 1 bite slice of pizza. Shame to see a francise in such a prime location skimping out on ingredients so blatently. Absolute rip off. Dominos is across the street, go there instead.
