Be careful,,,,,Worst company ever, no customer service. They don't answer your phone calls. It took 35 days to ship my car between two provinces, which initially, they told me it takes 7-10 days. They didn't give a tracking number. With the quote, they told you to pay with receiving your car.I asked door to door delivary, however they hold my car in the terminal and refused to deliver it only after getting the full shipping cost .

Worst experience ever. This place should be investigated for fraud as they pick up your vehicle and then go missing for months without giving you any sense of where or when you'll get your car. They will then lie to you and say oh we'll adjust your invoice to make up for the late delivery. Once the vehicle arrives, that invoice adjustment is just another lie. The guy Andreas should be ashamed of they way he does business. Despicable

The incredible lack of communication led us to believe our car was stolen. We filed a stolen vehicle claim with the RCMP, Consumer Investigations Alberta also has an open investigation into this business and contacted us for our report, we were not the only people to file a stolen vehicle claim against the company. They CANNOT guarantee their delivery times as they do not have their own transport, they hire third parties and they cannot be held to the delivery time expectations of this company. They are basically a broker for moving cars. Our vehicle was suppose to have left Alberta on August 14, delivery time guaranteed 12-14 days, well on day 15 no car, day 18 RCMP called, day 19 told the car would be arriving the following day, day 26 still no car, day 27 with pressure from the RCMP, Consumer investigations, threat of a civil suit, threat to call CBC and everyone we know calling them because they were screen our calls, we finally got the car on day 28. You do not need this kind of stress in your life. Please, do not use this company.

We recently shipped our car from Calgary to London. Despite some nay-sayer online we are happy we went with our gut instinct and entrusted the car to be shipped to Automoves. The car arrived on time without any problem. Being updated about the shipment was very helpful. Their customer service is such a delight to deal with. Overall, it was a very smooth and transparent process and we are very happy we went with these guys! I'd recommend them to anyone.

At first I was very hesitant to use this company to ship my vehicle from Toronto to Edmonton due to the bad reviews I saw, but to my surprise it was very simple. My car arrived on time. I love that you don't have to pay until your vehicle actually reaches the destination, not many companies do that. Thank you Automoves for transporting my SUV! I will certainly use you guys again in the future.

I am reposting my problem with AUTOMOVES and Andy from 5 years ago because nothing was ever done about it and we are still out our payment.Totally dishonest and terribly run company. Basic thieves in my case.We were hired by Andy to pick up a car at Automoves yard in Richmond BC and deliver it to Automoves yard in Edmonton.We arrived at yard to pick up running vehicle" only to find it wasn't and had to wait 4 hours for a tow truck to load vehicle onto trailer. We in turn delivered the vehicle on time to Edmonton.That was in Sept/15. WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID!!. PHONE CALLS GO UNANSWERED!!. ANDY MAKES PROMISES AND BREAKS THEM!!To today March 13/16 we still try to collect.Do not ship with AUTOMOVES - they do not pay their hired haulers and you can not get in touch with anyone when you need to.Al WatsonNorthern Dispatch 2012I gave one Star because you can't give o stars"

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!They promised me 7 days to ship the vehicle from Toronto to SK. 2 week in and i called to ask where my car was, they said it was on its way as promised and will be delivered on time. 2 week later when i visited the garage my car was still parked there. i called many times but no one answered the phone. and there was no one at the shop to return my keys. i was short on time and had a new job in AB, so i flew to AB and rented a vehicle in the meantime. 3 week in and my brother in ON visited the shop to check on the car, they promised to reimburse for the rental and that my car was on the way. all this time they stopped answering my phone calls, emails and texts. they only answered when i used a new number or an email, with the same message that they will check with the driver and get back. then they never get back.5 weeks in i got my car finally delivered to edmonton as I had no longer contacts in SK for pick up. i asked the truck driver when he had picked up the car and he said a week ago. so the company lied to me everytime they said it was on the way and also didnt keep to their promise of 1 week delivery! on top of that, they are no longer responding to emails for reimbursing for my rental. the cost for shipment was $1365 and rental $500.

I used the service with Automoves to ship my car from Calgary to Toronto, they tell me the average delivery time will be in 7 days, I didn’t received it after 7 days and I call them they tell me because of the mountain fire it will delay to 10 days. And then at the 10th day I still didn’t receive it, and then they said it should be in next 2 days. I finally received my car on the 12th day after drop off. They deliver it to my house instead of terminal for compensation. I should say it’s just a Ok experience. the first few days are struggle and anxious since they can not give a right time when my car will deliver.

I have shipped my car with Automoves and it was supposed to arrive in 12-14 days and it still have not arrived 36days later. They will not give me a location on the car and the owner does not answer his phone. The car was being shipped from Alberta to Nova Scotia it’s a white 2012 Mercedes c63 sedan

I just get my car from Alberta to Toronto in one week. Very fast reliable shipping company. I read a lot of complaints and rumors online. But I'm telling you guys. Andrejs company is the fastest and the best rate I can find in the market. They are helpful and friendly. I don't understand those who's hurting a good company's reputation. If someone's gonna say this is a fake review. I highly recommend you come to their office and see what kind of work they are dealing with and how cheap the rate is compares to the work.
