Had such a bad meal this evening, first time ordering from here, food took over 40 mins to arrive, chased then up and was told it was on its way...30 mins later (10 mins away in car) it arrives, cold, nuggets were soggy and chewy, chips cold, cheese melted onto chips had sort of turned rubbery.Not suggesting we expect a 5*meal here but at least edible???!Just gross.

Been ordering from this kebab house for around 4-5 years now and they never put a foot wrong. However today I ordered around £35-40 worth of food for a few bits to be missing, after chasing them up for over an hour, all the said is that they are busy and they will only refund the missing food, no compensation for having close to half the order as a result 2 people missing out completely... so much for loyal customers.

Food arrived 2hrs and 10mins since the order has placed. Had to call the store multiple times to ask about the order update, staff wasn't that helpful and almost moaning that they've already donr 200 deliveries so far. If you can't catch up with the demand, try and stop taking orders for at least half an hour and resume afterwards. My £6.50 wrap was far from the photo.so it was sort of expectation vs reality thing. Food arrived fairly warm but had to stop halfway as it was getting very salty. So now going to bed still hungry. My 1st and last.. Sorry!!

I ordered a chicken burger but had no lettuce or sauce inside I also ordered large chips and was sooooo dry. I couldn’t even get it down my throat that’s how dry it was. 0/10

AWFUL old burned dry food cooked in old oil ( I didn't even eat it) and AWFUL AWFUL customer service! Made me wait half hour or more, kept saying 5min and then made a circus of whole thing asking me 10 times if I wanted salad. All staff was jumping around looking and laughing what the"?People like this should NOT service people!!! The worst I ever had in a LONG time and I will never ever again will order from them. Food was so bad I had to bin it!"

Absolutely awful service in this place. I used to go hear often but the staff (men) are rude and unhygienic! They often keep you waiting with this strange dead eye look they give you. Makes you feel like you are an inconvenience to them! On two occasions there was a young guy behind the desk while all the cooks" are outside smoking and spitting all over the place... they then slowly come in coughing and spluttering all over the place... and did not even wash their hands.Its a shame because there is a nice lady that works there who is very pleasant and whom I can imagine may ne her husband who is a decent bloke....But the staff....Avoid. Dirty and unhygienic behaviours."
