This Local IRCC Visa Office deserves 0 Star. I am an Express Entry PNP-Inland single applicant. After several months, Etobicoke visa office transferred my file to this office. It is already almost a year waiting for the decision of my Express Entry application. I am an essential worker and have years of experience, but all waste.

Very unprofessional and uncooperative staff, including security. The general resources and power of these people to do their job properly is very low. The government needs to rethink the way that it does business.

IRCC should hire more agent to answer phone calls! Or at least should put the call back option available as it’s not acceptable to have to agent to answer your call and hang up the phone after 7,8min waiting and sharing the information with automated voice call!Also there is no doubt that IRCC has the budget to add officers to speed up the application processing!

I'm going back to my country. You lost a bilingual high-level-individual. Keep issuing rapid 30 days visitor visas for Chinese, Indians and Philippinos' families only (no offence against their people intended), and keep francophone families and friends waiting for 150+ days to see their loved ones... Also, keep hiding behind the pandemic. Canada: not worth it. At all. Also, keep asking us to call a number that does not answer. C'est bas.

The room B110 is straight ahead when you come in the front door. This place needs a receptionist or some signage explaining what to do! There is no reception, no signage, you just go in and sit with a roomful of strangers and wait. For immigration issues, use the phone outside the room on the wall for info. For citizenship testing etc, they will come pick you up at the *exact* time you have scheduled. Don't be late!
