Quick, professional. The medicine prescribed for my irritated eye fixed it in couple of days. Got new lenses for a new prescription too feels great. Also wss surprised with the device the device that can take pictures of the back of the eye. pretty cool

I had a terrible experience with Dr Jani.I had a suspicion that I may need glasses so I went in for an exam.After my test she told me I needed glasses which is fine. As this is my first time ever needing glasses I will of course have questions however she barley answered anything.She didn't explain what the numbers on my prescription meant. She just told me they're just numbers." She didn't explain anything that was actually wrong with my eye.She completely rushed me during my time to pick out frames. It seems to me she just wanted to get out of there.Was hoping for a better experience considering all these positive reviews. Maybe she has a bad day however that is no way to treat a customer."

Dr. Preeti was awesome. After examination, she explained my test results. She helped pick up my frame since I was not able to do it on my own. And she gave me some good tips! The store is clean, staff is friendly and excellent location.

Didn’t have a good experience with the doc. She said I have astigmatism in my right eye when I only went to her for dry eyes. Needless to say not using the glasses anymore. Also recommended friends to her but turns out they were bullied to buy glasses from her. Wish doctors were more ethical.

Dr. Preeti Jani is professional and knowledgeable and provides excellent care. She explains everything very well and is truly interested in providing her patients with all the information they need to understand their vision care. Vince, her admin support, is extremely personable, efficient and thorough. I've been a client for over 10 years and am very satisfied. I highly recommend Complete Eyecare.

I don’t understand why Preety Jani call herself a doctor. She spoiled my eye number and put wrong lens in my spectacles. Which result eye redness and headaches. When i complaint to her she told me that they put right number for me.When i went to India and show my eyes and lenses to my Family doctor in India, they find out that she has spoiled my eyes number and my lense number and has increased because of her.Please save your money and time. She is just looting people.

Dr Jani always shows true professionalism in her work. I am dealing with her for quite some time and never disappointed. Highly recommended!For improvement in service quality, processing time is needed to be improved, though.

Great service and thorough care. I wish I had come to Dr Preeti 10 years ago, this place is a one stop shop for eye test and great selection of glasses. Thanks for helping me fix my glasses when I broke them with out making a big deal of it.

I wish I could give 0. Just a few minutes ago, I phoned to ask about the dry eye evaluation/assessment expenditure. The guy over the phone put me on hold 5 times consecutively for 10 minutes each.After calling for the sixth time, the lady who received my call said it is a crazy place right now and the guy is not familiar with the prices as he is new. Please do not call and hung up on me.Now I know why this unprofessional clinic has negative reviews. I thought I will visit this clinic for the dry eyes issue, but you lost another patient.Maybe employ promising people and attach an A4 where you can jot the expenses and information for the front desk.Pathetic!!
