Exceptionally quick response to my service request. I truly appreciated the digital communication--as I am not always available via phone. Once onsite, William was not only communicative throughout the repair process, and friendly (which was very nice), but he also completed the work in the time frame he estimated. The repair was on an exterior faucet, and when it was clear we were going to have correct some plumbing in the interior ceiling, he was very tidy while completing the work--he also ensured the way the repair was conducted would make it easier for any future plumbing that may be needed in the vicinity. He had everything he needed with him--so even though the job required some additional components we did not have to pause the work. Thank you very much.

Thanks for getting this project done so quickly. It is a hot summer and we are loving having the AC this year. They also got all the my other plumbing needs done at the same time and got an electrician in to update the electrical box.

The work done was excellent. I felt a mistake had been made following the work, and called the office and sent an email. I was responded to within a day and the situation was rectified. Both the plumber and the office (I believe I spoke with the owner) were very pleasant to deal with, attentive and eager to get things done right.

Another plumber recommended this business to me for drain cleaning and they were fantastic. We had a tricky situation and Kevin and Will did an amazing job. They spent hours hunched over in our crawl space troubleshooting the problem, and in the end saved us thousands of dollars. We’ll definitely be calling them for future plumbing work. Amazing service and great value! We had a furnace replaced and a central air conditioning unit installed by Kale and Will. Extremely prompt, professional, accommodating and personable. This company also provides an exceptional communication medium - we received texts/ emails with detailed info every step of the way (including a photo of who would be coming to provide the service). We are grateful to Rocky Mountain Plumbing for an emergency visit they recently made to our home. They arrived within the hour and immediately went to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. We required 2 separate service dates. I can not remember the name of the first employee; he dealt with the emergency issue with skill, efficiency, and kindness. The follow-up visit, for scoping, was done by Jacob who was equally as professional and skilled. We had a great experience with Will. He was able to support us twice with our toilet install and shower piping repair. He was fantastic to work with and did a great job communicating clearly on the work he was completing so that we felt comfortable with everything being done. Would highly recommend!
