The location, the ambiance, and the set-up are wonderful, and going from the sauna to the ice tub felt epic. What a unique, invigorating adventure to help make the winter blahs melt away! Staff are top notch and on top of every detail. Would absolutely do this again, what a gem for Kingston!

Such a cool experience. From the initial greeting to the final words, our experience was awesome. Our host (sauna sherpa as I called him) was super! He gave us clear instructions, joked around with us, got to know us, and led us through the experience. I would recommend this to everyone. My party of 4 all felt so much better and relaxed after this great experience. We will be back!

Booked just one session with my mum and I for something new to do in Kingston. We loved the experience and decided to opt for the month-long membership! Brandon was super helpful in organizing everything, can’t wait to go back!

This was our first time. We bought a wellness package through the Frontenac Club. This was a fun evening! The sauna set up is beautiful at night. A large fire, lights. Highly recommend!

Stoked Sauna Co. was one of the best experiences I've had in Kingston. It was relaxing on a surface level and upon further understanding, it was incredibly relaxing for my entire system. I had the best sleep of my life afterwards!Our guide, Tara was extremely knowledgable and friendly. She walked us through the entire experience, answered all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable.The location was perfect. Located downtown but the ambiance felt like you were outside the city in your own little oasis. A must-try experience. Next year, i'll be getting a monthly pass to enjoy the experience regularly.

Our first experience going to Stoked Sauna Co. was so incredible we had to come back a second time, and now a third! The staff is knowledgeable and fun to interact with. The timed intervals between the sauna and the cold are perfection. It results in a refreshing wellness experience that demands your return. Did I mention they have a Nordic pairing menu inside the hotel?!Don’t sleep on this!

Stoked Sauna is an epic experience! Brandon is a total professional who takes you through a guided thermal cycle with an amazing ambience. Fire pits. Wine. Ice baths. It's the perfect winter activity with friends. You can even have post-sweat fondu - what more could you want? Highly recommend.

This is the last thing I thought I'd get hooked on, but I'm so glad I did. There's lots of things to love about Stoked at the Frontenac Club patio, but if I had to pick 3 they are: 1. welcoming and knowledgeable staff who guide you through the experience 2. meeting interesting people, locals and visitors in such a nice setting 3. having the incomparable Frontenac Club lounge right there to relax in and enjoy a cocktail afterwards. It's incredible how much I actually look forward to the cold plunge under the stars as much as the relaxing sauna. Also, I've had the deepest and most restorative sleeps after, every single time! It's an investment, but if you can afford it, it's worth it. Particularly the monthly membership. I'll be returning next year for sure.
