The worst experience of my life, poor bedside manner,the nurse was awesome.I went to him to have ingrown toenails removed,big toe on each foot.He did the one that wasn't as bad first,when I asked for extra freezing for the bad one,he told me he wasn't made out of money. I felt everything he did,now I wonder if I had any freezing at all.Sent home with no antibiotics, developed a severe infection and ended up in emerg where the nurses couldn't believe the condition of my toe, currently on antibiotics but had to get repeated due to severity of infection.I would not recommend this Dr for ingrown hope he is better at his other specialities.

Good knowledgeable straight to the point doctor.If you're looking for someone to hug you and pat your back, he isn't the guy.If you're looking for a great surgeon, he's who you want.

Dr Konn is a decent doctor. He is the “RIP the bandaid off” type. If you need your hand held, pick another surgeon. I’m terrified of needles but I survived. I’ll never do it again, but I survived.

Dr konn have removed my gallbladder stones and send me home in worst pain, i kept complaining that I have unbearable pain but he didnt listen. Next few days we have called ambulance 3 times and each time i sent home in severe pain. The ajax hospital worst staff that time. Finally they find out there are still some stones stuck in bile duct which they never bother to check if i was cleared from stones. Hospital sent me another hospital for second procedure and Dr konn never bothered to see my again if I am alive or dead or even say sorry what happen to me and what problems I faced because of his carelessness.

Told after almost 5 years ,2 endescopes, and taking ppi drugs that nothing more he can do. Didn't think it's gerd, and it's maybe fibrosis. It took that long before oops. Maybe it's not this.

I would recommend dr konn any day very polite and and gives the news of any report good or bad asap after he gets it.Very pleased with how he treats nervous patients.Thank you DR Konn.

I have not had the greatest luck here, but I do not blame the good doctor for this. He has gone out of his way trying to remedy my situation and thats all I can ask for. He returns calls and pretty much has been agreeable to all my suggestions. I would not hesitate to use him again and thus do recommend him.

First appointment (referred by family dr) like the guy so far and his receptionist too. No problems, very efficient and polite and professional.
