Fenwick Bath
Had 2 showers redone.Overall good workmanship. It's been over a year now since we paid our deposit and over 9 months since they finished the majority of the work and the job still isn't finished. They kept saying their supplier can't find" the right pieces to finish the job.It's my fault for not holding back some money. They don't get back to me so I'm not expecting the job to be finished.They also tried to charge me for new shower heads when the ones they chose didn't actually work like they said they would."

You couldn't find nicer people than at Fenwick Bath. They make excellent suggestions during the design process and accommodate your every need. Their workers are skilled craftsmen and work quickly with the best of materials to made your bathroom into something that looks like it belongs in a design magazine. They successfully married the old and new features within our heritage house. No question or change was too much trouble for them. They are also reasonably priced.

My partner and I had our bathroom renovated by Fenwick Bath, and received exemplary service the whole time. From being at the sales centre with Sean and Linda to having Chris and Phil doing the reno in our home, everyone made the experience easy, stress-free and even fun!! We can’t wait to get our next bathroom done with Fenwick. Would recommend them 10/10!

Very responsive and communicative and management went the extra mile to make sure all comments and concerns were answered professionally and to our complete satisfaction. I can confidently recommend Fenwick Bath for whatever your bathroom renovation needs may be. We recently did a tub to shower conversion in our in-law suite, which also included installation of some safety accessories in the bathroom (grab bars, etc.) and adding an additional pot light fixture as well.Every person involved in the process exemplified the very best in what can only be described as good old-fashioned customer service" - something that seems to be increasingly rare in today's world. The installation team did an exceptional job of keeping the workspace

All of the staff we dealt with at Fenwick were professional and experienced. They know their business and guided us to make the best decisions for the 34 rooms we renovated. The entire team worked efficiently, I was really impressed with their work process, they were able to complete so many rooms in a timely manner. The tub surrounds they installed look great! Management even did a follow up walk through to make sure everything was completed to our standards. I would highly recommend Fenwick Bath to anyone looking for professional, quality work at a fair price.

From the moment I met Terry at Fenwick Bath, I was most impressed with this company. He listened to the issue I had with our bath and came up with a novel solution that has worked very well for us. As a result, I asked the company to repair a leaking bath faucet and to replace the bath fittings at the same time. In addition I decided to change the bathroom sink and add new fittings. Terry and crew found a sink model that fit in the space very well. Communication with the company was excellent and I thank Rachel and Sean, in particular. The technicians who worked on every aspect of the bathroom for us were polite, respectful, proficient and professional. They all cleaned up the space as the work was being done, which was most appreciated. I highly recommend Fenwick Bath.

We used Fenwick years ago to do our main bathroom with a new inlay bathtub, vanity floor etc. When our basement bathroom needed replacing, we wondered if they would do this kind of job as it was a bit more involved with the moving of the drain and a bit of framing. No they do this as well .and soon we had a plan.Due to the local building boom and covid , we had to wait for a while, but their office did keep us informed. They arrived on time and on schedule and their crew were a pleasure to have in the house.The job was done in one go, to an excellent standard , with the exception of the glass doors that have to be custom made, measured and installed by another contractor, after the rest of the shower has been done.We would readily recommend Fenwick for your bathroom renovation.
