Great and kind service. I had ran into an issue with my iPhone 13 and reached out to my service provider (Fido) location in which they said that they could do nothing. After a few minutes of discussion the only good advice I got was to go to Marnics. Unfortunately I am horrible with names ( starts with a M) but a gentleman greeted me and listened to my pitiful woes. After, what felt like seconds, handed me back my phone in working order. I would have paid this man anything he wanted but he graciously said no charge. Thank you for your great service.

Stopped at Marnics on Memorial today in search of a new computer. I wanted to purchase something secondhand as it’s likely the computer will live a dusty, hard life. At the same time I wanted something newish that would interface well with my current iPhone.After the helpful Salesperson - Cassandra, had determined what my needs were She showed me the various models in stock and explained the differences between them.Once I had determined which computer I was going to purchase Cassandra offered me the Marnics Protection on my new investment. After hearing the details of what the plan covers it was a no brainer to add that to my purchase.Because of the service I was receiving I decided to ask about a repair to one of my devices. Cassandra explained what was involved in getting my repair completed and then offered me a card for $25 dollars off the repair. Hard to beat that kind of customer service.Oh! I almost forgot about the awesome computer bag she included free of charge.What a great experience!

Jason and his co workers are nothing short of Phenomenal kind caring individuals. They had fixed 2 phones for me and hooked up another old phone. They were polite courteous and fast hard working kind men. This is very hard to find these days and to top it off the price for their services was beyond fair.If i have any other Electronic issues I will be back to Marnics Mobile! :)

I damaged my screen dropping my phone. I called Marnics and Brady assessed my damage I described. They had the screen in stock, and mentioned if they didn't have the specific one, it could come in only within a few business days. I went into the store a Brady and Chris promptly helped me, fixing my phone in only a few hours. Fantastic customer service by the team at Marnics. Will recommend to everyone.Update:Went back as the screen had some rare faults. They replaced it with another new screen within only a few hours, at no charge. It works perfectly now. Fantastic customer service again by their friendly staff. I'll be back.

To those who want their phone repaired, be warned.My phone stopped charging through the port and I decided to come into Marnics to get it looked at or repaired if necessary. I asked the associate to take a look at the port if there's any dust buildup or damage to the board. He took the phone to the back and in about 10 minutes, came back and said that the board to charge the phone was broken and needed to be replaced. In order to repair the phone, it was said to be approximately $180 without taxes.I bought the repair part separately and took it into another service in Thunder Bay. They took a look at it and cleared out the dust and it works perfectly fine for a fee of free.Any service which pushes for repairs that are not necessary should be clearly berated and called out for. I would recommend any other service than this one.

I was told by 3 DIFFERENT businesses that it would be cheaper to buy a new iPad then to fix the LCD Screen, So I brought it to MARNICS MOBILE & not only did they fix it but it was Quick, Affordable, & the Staff was very so very helpful, knowledgeable, & super friendly. I will continue to use MARNICS MOBILE for as long as they are in my City.They gave me a quote on how much it would cost & later that day when it was fixed it cost exactly what they quoted!THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH MARNICS FOR THE AWESOME & AFFORDABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & CARE.

I had a really good experience at Marnics Mobile. Cass was very helpful when I came in looking for a case for my new phone. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, but she asked me a lot of questions and made some great suggestions which led me to buying a case that I’m happy with. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the service and would definitely visit again.

I had an excellent experience last week. I was politely greeted upon entering the store. Chris helped me with all my questions and also helped to troubleshoot my current device. Very informative. I was confused between S23 and S23 Ultra. With his help, I made a right choice. Even though the store was busy, I was served quickly, and efficiently. It made my day.

Went in to get screen fixed they switched the device with another device but the exact same make model. Now I don't get my two step verifications to my trusted device" which was the device they traded... also my Sim card wasn't in this device
