Very disappointed with the customer service here. I purchased a hot tub from them somewhat recently and was quoted 4-6 months delivery time. Of course the salesman told me “it will likely be even sooner than that”. So at a week shy of the six month mark I called to see what the ETA may be and was told they may here something as soon as three months from that point. When I asked why when I was told 4-6 months it was now pushed out three more months, instead of offering an explanation of manufacturing delays, the salesman Brian, lied saying that we were quoted 6-9 months and then decided on his own that he should count the months to me because that was clearly my problem, I didn’t know how to count. “Well January that is one, February that’s two…” yeah I get it if this is the end of June If I paid for the tub at the beginning of January, that means just shy of six months. Anyways worst customer experience I have ever had. I should not have expected much better though as during the initial visit Brian felt it pertinent to come over to us so he could talk trash about other customers.

HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a wood stove insert and paid for installation (which included a line item for cleaning of existing chimney). I called them back numerous times after installation because when used, there was a strong smoke odor in the house. When they came out to look at it they couldn’t diagnose the issue, and just added some caulking. I finally called a reputable company to come and inspect it, and right away they said the issue was that the chimney wasn’t cleaned and never should have been installed without cleaning. The creosote was falling on top of the insert creating the smell and a fire hazard. I paid for cleaning with install of the stove…..when I called them to inform them they said it wasn’t their problem as they had contracted another company to do the install. They passed the buck until I got to a manager who was rude and not helpful. She eventually said she would call the company they contracted and have them come out and look at it. No one called. A couple of weeks later, I called back and had to explain to the same manager the situation, she said she promised someone would call me back soon…..still nothing. Bottom line, don’t buy from these people. I’m stuck with an insert I can’t use unless I completely remove, clean the chimney and reinstall.

I bought a hot tub from Tim in late 2017, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Since then, the touchscreen tub control panel has gone bad twice, and each time they sent a technician to replace it under warranty within a couple days. We are very happy with their customer service.

Not a bot. I called around and this place was awesome! I have a 2009 Cal spa and needed a new cover and lift bracket system as my old plastic one was broken. Derek Shuell helped me. Not only were they able to get me a new cover made faster than everyone else I called. But, Derek told me the new lift bracket system is metal. I sent a few pics of my hot tub and the model #. They ordered me a new one amd sold me a new metal lift bracket. Fit is perfect! Thank you so much! You have earned my future business!Samuel HadleySherwood, OR.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jenny. She is just a wonderful person and helped me and my family so much!! When we first went in, we had no idea what we were doing, and Jenny was there to guide us. Then, when we returned to make our purchase, Jenny was able to find us exactly what we wanted, and give us a great deal of information in easily digestible ways! She is a delight and I look forward to seeing her again!

Be Sure you know that what is on your invoice is not necessarily true. My invoice clearly states delivery and removal of my hot tub cover . However, when delivered I was told they do not PICK UP and they are charging me an additional $100 for removal. Very disappointing as I have been doing business with them for years.update: it appears my visa hasn't been charged so maybe they do exercise customer service!! any vendor should honor their original invoice.

Bad customer service. They don't want your business, for hot tub repair, so don't bother. The lady that called me back immediately dismissed me and didn't ask a single question to try to help. The minute she heard I bought somewhere else (without knowing anything about it) just said we don't do that. That what? What about offering me some options, so you can make some money? What if the problem is not something we can fix and I need to buy a new one? Don't you sell them there? A little training would go a long way. And a little kindness on the phone too.

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, even though he was unable to help me in my search. He did however set me on a path to find what I'm looking for to fix my stove and fireplace needs. So for that. I am thankful. I did happen to look around while I waited and they seem to have a great selection of grills and pool and spa products. Which it seems is thier main money maker.Overall, while they couldn't help me, they seemed to be very professional and friendly. And I thank them kindly.
