These guys really know their stuff, and have never disappointed me. I've also found their septic tank pumping cost to be really competitive.

I made an appointment to get our septic pumped. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Zero communication of what was being done and why and how much extra it was going to cost. The technician came into my home TWICE without a mask (I have young children), stunk up my bathroom, and smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that my entire downstairs REAKED so bad I had to take my kids and leave with all of the windows in the house open. Just do yourself a favor and call Cuz instead. They do the same thing for almost half the cost. When the gal called me back she didn't even offer any type of compensation for my horrible experience.
