Grumpy Appliance Repair
The owner saw me walk into a local hardware store carrying a washer hose on a Sunday. He told me you won’t find that hose here. He drive me to his shop on a Sunday and opened it on his day off and provided me with a hose to complete my repairs. I practically had to convince him to take payment for the item. Excellent customer service and helpful on his day off.

I was babysitting at my son’s house for a week and when opening the cupboard over the stove, a jar slid out and landed on the cooktop. It smashed a huge hole in the top. I was devastated. I googled a repair business in the area and they were so good. Ordered the part and came and replaced the cooktop within a couple of weeks. Thanks for your prompt and professional response. This grandma is more than happy with your service.

Warranty repair servicer for washer, going on 4 weeks without a resolution. Warranty representative contacted Grumpy Appliance about an estimate time of resolution and still no response. Poor communication, will not answer the phone. Trust me I tried being nice now I’m over it. Fundy Appliance should have been sent as there service is exceptional.

My belt broke on my dryer and the where on the ball and didn't take long to fix that is gor sure. Not expensive at all. Customer service was amazing. They will be always Go to for anything that is needed fixing.
