When we renovated our kitchen we shopped around for the right place to get quality quartz for the kitchen and bathrooms. We found Tubello Stoneworks provided high quality stone at a competitive price. The service was excellent and they installed on time. Very personable, friendly and did high quality work! This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a place. I had gone to pick out my peice from Stones by Tiffany (great people) and I found one. I was referred by the wholesaler toTubello for fabrication and they tried to sell me something else and rip off the people that had referred them. That should of been the first red flag. Then they left me high and dry after they quoted my project and when they came in alot higher after my deposit was taken. I asked if I could cancel if I needed to and they ended up cancelling whole job - I went to them and said they must havemad a mistake, nope - they emailed (i have a copy) and said nope they wouldn't be doing the job and left me 4 weeks behind my project and having to start over. It was a nightmare - I went back to Stones by Tiffany and they helped me find a much more reliable and up front provider. DO NOT TRUST timelines and professionalism was at a 0. Very unprofessional and shady.
