Such friendly staff and were able to trim my nervous dogs nails very well. Very welcoming space inside.Update: been here multiple times and they remember us now and are still so great! Highly recommend.

My sweet Jaina had her first grooming here today and it was the best experience she and I had with a groomer ever. Kendall was so nice and knowledgeable and took time to listen to my requests for Jaina’s grooming and Jaina looks wonderful. Jaina came home and wasn’t at all stressed like she normally is after being groomed. Thank you so much Kendall and all the nice staff at Ooh La La! We will definitely be back again!

Amazing job on my old man! :) First time coming here and already in my calendar to head back in 3 months. My golden retriever came out so handsome, fluffy and smelling like spring. Thank you so much. You were a lifesaver.

My partner and I have been regular customers of Oh la la for just about a year now; and we felt compelled - after yet another wonderful visit - to state for all to see just how amazing they are. Our not so little kitty cat can be a handful sometimes; but the staff at O.L.L. always act professionally. We really appreciate them working with us to make her grooming experiences less traumatic, if not a pleasure. Thank you to everybody!

Is there a zero star? Just took our gorgeous Labradoodle for a groom at this place and he came home shaved down to almost his skin and bald spots in several places. What a disgrace to call yourself a groomer. I had heard bad things about this place but my daughter decided to give them a try anyway. Never again. Avoid this place if you care about your dogs appearance. I'm so upset I can't even look at our pup. Usually a dog comes home from the groomer looking better... What a state! You guys should be ashamed to call yourselves groomers.

Best cut yet!! The way they shaped Lucy's head is by far the best of any other groomer and fairly priced! Lucy is a Bichon Frise! One last thing they fit me in during Christmas holidays on a very short notice!!.

We tried this groomer at the advice of our vet after bringing our pup in to another provider multiple times only to get him back completely shaved, told he was uncontrollable, and that his fur was matted beyond salvaging. At one time it was described that whenever he was approached with clippers, our dog thought his life was in danger. As a puppy, our dog is 90 lbs. When I got on site, what I saw wasn't a farming breed trying to protect his life, it was a puppy who sat down whenever someone tried to do something he didn't want to have done to him.Twice we've brought our dogs to this Ooh La La, and the results have been great. The dogs are left to run around and socialize during the day, and they're not kept in cages until they're retrieved. The best part is the feedback I've gotten as a dog owner is less guilt-laden, and more encouraging as an owner. And the dogs look the best they ever have

I've taken my little Papillion mix here a couple of times now and am always happy with their service. They are very considerate to her special needs and treat her soooo good! We pick her up from her spa day" and she's both pretty and happy; not stressed at all! Thank you guys for your care! A+"

Such an amazing place! My dog loves her groomer Crystal! She makes her feel comfortable and she's always happy to see her! Crystal is very good at what she does. The vet couldn't do my dogs nails, but she can! I'll always bring my dog back to her!

The best groomer I’ve ever taken my dog to! He’s very nervous and has sever anxiety, when I let the girl know she booked time just for him and was so gentle and kind to him that he was perfect with her. He’s had bad experiences with groomers before but seeing his smiling face and how calm he was is a testament to how amazing this salon is and how dedicated they are to each animal they work with. I’d give more stars if possible!
