Had excellent customer service when my old Sony phone died.I am a Virgin customer and was helped with the purchase of a new Samsung S22. I received good information and was helped to make a decision that was informed and affordable. The store manager Mufi was fantastic! Will recommend and return if necessary!

Jennifer was awesome, helping us add a new mobile line to our Bell account (BYOD). Don't fiddle online trying to figure the best deal out. Jennifer at the Source had the best deal, and it was 25% better than what bell showed us online.

Impressed by how bad costumer service is. I called to ask two questions. To see if I should spend over 1.5k at this location or go to Calgary.. and you know what, I will never go to our local Source. Very unprofessional and rude person was on phone.

I went to the Source in Cochrane to get a new phone and was helped by a lovely lady named Jennifer. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better associate to assist me with my purchases. Great job Jennifer!!!

During my recent visit here I had a great experience! Staff was very friendly, helped me with everything I needed and even sold me on items that I had no previous intent of purchasing. Special thanks to Parker who sold me my brand new PlayStation 5, he assisted me and was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Will be coming back!- Lewis
