Eric Rodrigues was the lead architect for our extension project consisting in a third floor addiction to our downtown townhouse.We worked with him and his firm for the conceptualization and project exploration phase aimed at establishing realistic cost estimates.We were working with a limited budget, and such parameter was taken into account in the design phase. ERS presented us with very interesting ideas and suggestions, was adaptable to change requests and personal preferences.

After an initial phone call and a site visit they went straight to work and came back with a beautiful plan for our home.
