Worst customer service. They gave me plan on black friday for $30 and $25 add a line . Now its been more than a month i am paying 75 as they changed the price and fido customer service said its the store mistake they didnt added the code for discount . And now store csa not helping and not picking calls . Please be aware wrong advertising and they giving wrong plans .

Absolutely amazing service! The store is clearly understaffed, but the staff was very kind and informative when it was finally my turn. They just need more people. Especially for boxing day. Line was too long.

Worst customer reps of Fido! I am an existing and loyal customer and always get setup fee waived. I went to the counter to add a mobile plan in person due to the limited time. The staff said they couldn’t waive my activation fee, but I may call and let Fido customer service to waive the fee.Later I called the customer service and they said it had to be the store to call them on behalf of the customer or leave some notes for them to waive the fee. So I called the store again, and then the staff told me they never guaranteed the setup fee can be waived by calling Fido or was able to make any notes for me.It’s completely misleading! I feel I was fooled!

Marco named sales representative is cheater and lier, He made us lost below listed benefits:100 GB/ year special discount from my current provider23GB/ month data plan$5+ tax for being fido customer for 10 minutes,$4800 credit with my current provider,$45+tax my activation fees to go back with my previous provider as he lied to us to switch with fido to use his nonsense sales trick to me.Marco, you are a cheater and lier.Please folks, very very careful with this man and Fido’s poor training sales skills.

Misrepresentation on the TERMS AND CONDITIONS big TIME!!!!Fido did not want to solve my problem and I ended up paying $700 monthly for 2 simple connections.Fido does not care about its customers. The People at customer care do not take care of their customers. Wait times are crazy so you know the kind of issues people have with them.Don't buy this unless you like surprises.

Amazing customer service! Came in to upgrade my device and was helped by Francesco. Very Knowledgeable and took the time to go through all my options. showed me the latest tech and Thoroughly explained all the new smartphone features. Get your phone here these guys know what they are talking about!! Would 100% recommend this place.

Worst experience ever ! Horrible customer service.Mohammed (Customer service representative) don't know what he is doing at the store. I have been charged extra on my bill due to his fault. Fido needs to review their service store providers on a regular basis, Otherwise they will lose a lot of customers.I have even waited to talk to the manager but he was more than 2 hour late on that specific day (July 05, 2023)
