My poor parents living in Bayfield Ontario are in their 70s and have been without a phone for 3 and a half weeks. Stubbs was to port their phone number when bell was cancelled. They have been unable to receive phone calls during this whole time. A tech came out yesterday to try for a third time to repair the problem. Tech leaves after not being able to restore service, leaving them without a phone and now their internet is gone too.

We live in Bayfield pine lake we pay for 20 mbp of speed and every night after 700 o’clock they throttle us down to5 mbp can’t stream nothing

Service is extremely poor. Been without a phone since March. It’s May 22 still no response from Stubbs communications. We have had no phone though this covid experience. An Essential service which wasn’t provided by Stubbs. You would be a fool to trust this company with any of your business or personal needs

Nothing but problems.... Still waiting for a new box for my phone to work because theirs just stopped, said new one was on it's way....still waiting. Stupid I'm paying for a line I cant use

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, but Friday at 9:30am nobody picks up the phone and it goes directly to Voicemail (after telling you exactly these hours). Installation team does not reach out to us for installation of Shaw package (for 2 weeks). Just unacceptable service.

They are expensive and don't stand behind their work. They installed a Denon receiver which did not communicate with my Sony TV. The audio did not work. Then a team came out spent several hours trying unsuccessfully to fix and left saying the problem was with the TV. I ended up going online and solving the problem myself. Meanwhile they demanding payment for a problem created with a product they sold me and did not function properly.

Absolutely god awful service. They still run a 20mbps connection outside of bayfield. Internets always going down if it snows too much or weathers bad. The guy who installed for us was rude and highly sarcastic. 10/10 not recommended.

Poor customer service. I also continuously had issues with my phone services not working or fading in and out. These guys also seem to like to with hold your deposit money.

If 0 stars could be awarded that's exactly what they would get!Horrible service!!We have not received all promised channels since day one. Not only can't they not provide the service but are forcing people to buy different tv's because their system can't provide HD service to SHARP and Philips owners or by a box at owners expense?Never do they come and try to solve a problem or offer to cover the box converter expense since they did false advertise; You can't get anyone on the phone to discuss a solution.Yet they expect to be paid?What does it take for a company to swallow their pride and provide proper service, after all they do get well paid for the service they provide... NOW PROVIDE THE SERVICE!
