Always professional and friendly staff. I have been a customer for several years and a great experience each and every time. Dr. Skorski is very knowledgeable and takes the time necessary to address any questions you may have. I find it is rare to find this level of consistent professionalism in any company as basic customer service seems to be a thing of the past with most other companies. I will be a customer for life. Keep up the great work and keep doing what you’re doing!

Last week was the first time I've been here. I brought my son in. I enjoyed how they reacted to him and treated him respectfully and like a kid. That made me very happy. And today I was in for myself. Still very happen with the doctor and how thorough he was and he was very friendly and not impatient.When I needed to get some help picking out frames, there was zero problem and everyone was very friendly. Asof now this will be my son's and my eye doctors. Very impressed.

I took my 101 year old dad’s glasses for some repair. They cleaned them, replaced a lost screw that held the lenses in place as well as new nose pads. They did this all while I waited and wouldn’t take any money for the repair!!! I know where I will be getting my next pair!! Well done!!!

I have been a long time customer of Dr. Skorski (senior) 30+ years and I have always been treated with respect and have been very satisfied when I left his office. On June 10,22 I left that office feeling disrespected and unsatisfied. I had taken my glasses back there, which I thought were still on warranty, because its always been 2 year warranty. Dr. Skorski (junior) and the receptionist proceeded to tell me my glasses were NOT on warranty. Apparently since the beginning of COVID they only carry a 1 year warranty, which I was NEVER told.BEWARE people this office only carries 1 year warranty!!

We have been coming to see Dr. Skorski for 10+ years now and really appreciate all he does for us. We drive for 6 and a half hours to get there because of the wonderful service we receive. Without Dr. John, our son could have been blind today but his quick reaction to his problems saved his eyesight. He is very professional and is very serious about his profession. He has the most amazing people working with him and they make you feel like you're family. I've given his name to many in our town as well as family and friends in Saskatoon because the customer service is wonderful as well as his knowledge. Thanks so much for everything.

Every individual was SO kind and helpful. Wait time was minimal and Dr. Skorski spoke to me about my vision with terminology that I could understand. They also have so many cute frames, with staff that was extremely helpful at going through all the styles with me to find something I liked. Super impressed with my initial visit!

This was my first visit to Spectrum Family Eye Care and I was very impressed and pleased. The staff was professional, friendly, positive, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Skorski was thorough and sensitive to the needs of his patient. My appointment was exactly on time, was efficient yet did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely continue to receive my eye care from Dr Skorski at Spectrum Family Eye Care and highly recommend Dr Skorski to others. Overall experience 5 out of 5.

Dr. Skorski and his team are the utmost in professionalism. Step by step education and their attention to detail is remarkable.My experience had me going from Dr to Dr without resolve. Dr. Skorski discovered the problem that was causing my visual impairment.I'm very grateful that I was given the refferal to see him, literally.
