Stop leaving garbage and your vehicles on peoples properties. You have litterally been trespassing on a property and acting like it's not a problem, even after being asked to stop. Very unprofessional.

Shows a blatant disregard for people with disabilities and mobility issues with how they rip up streets, no temporary sidewalks, walk ways blocked with disassembled construction fencing, poor or no communication with residents and no plan for where people can park when they block driveways

Terrible company at any dust control. Takes residents to complain for them to do what is their responsibility. Say one thing and do another. Girl at office said water truck would be out on Friday at 5 00. It is now 8 and still no water truck. I will be so glad when they are done and gone and hopefully never to be seen again.

100% Quality and Excellent Service

I've had a every good experience dealing with J-AAR with the centerville project in Kitchener even when sewage backed up into my basement. Adam Sarabando the field supervisor and his workers really stepped up to help. The city had incorrectly marked my sewage service so it got disconnected and backed into my basement I called Adam on his day off and he came out and checked it out right away and once they figured out the problem he got a team in right away to fix it. Then once the City of Kitchener wouldn't take responsibility and help me fix their problem Adam Sarabando helped me figure things out and talked to his bosses and we came to an agreement, this was NOT their fault and they stepped up to make it right! Adam and his team are very respectful and helpful, I have seen Adam come in on weekends after rainstorms to fix/smooth the dirt roads, his crew are clean and always watch out for you and make sure you have access to your driveway. They are friendly, great worker and always considerate, just a great company to have around.

I wanted a hat but the foreman didn’t have one on him so he said he’ll get one. Have yet to get it only a year later.

One of their JAAR trucks literally just turned left in front of me as I was going straight. Almost caused a MAJOR accident. Definitely need to be paying attention on the road. Especially when in a company car.

Did fantastic job on our project. Good work and got job done on time.
