We have Columbia cabinets in our kitchen and bathroom and we love them! The product is high quality and durable. I recently had a scratch on one and called Columbia to get advice on how to repair it. Mark listened and instantly understood the situation. He offered to create a repair kit to match the product and ship it to me via courier. If that failed, he was willing to replace the cabinet door. I received a complete repair kit within a couple of days complete with instructions. I applied the marker as directed and it did the trick! The scratch is completely filled in and not visible. Columbia went above and beyond with customer service! I highly recommend their products. Thank you Mark!

Have used Columbia several times as a home builder and renovator. Their product is the best I have found for the price (which is reasonable). They are a true custom shop as every cabinet is made to size for you. Everything is built on site including all doors and drawers so they control the quality. We have had small issues that were taken care of right away with no problem. Lifetime warranty as long as my customers own the house. That's peace of mind. I highly recommend Columbia Cabinets.

Our Columbia Cabinets have been in use 30+ years. Needless to say we are extremely happy that the previous owner chose Columbia Cabinets when they built this house. No problem whatsoever until the other day when a jar slipped and hit the glass door causing a crack.I went to Columbia's website and filled out a contact form. Low and behold I got a call the very next day with an offer to replace the glass in both doors so that they would match as it was a given that glass used 30+ years ago would not be available today.It was a very pleasant surprise to receive such excellent customer service 30+ years later.

As a designer and cabinet dealer I am always comforted when one of my clients chooses Columbia for their cabinetry. With Columbia, there are not going to be any issues with quality - you won't find a higher quality cabinet at this price point. On top of the overall build quality of the cabinets, I am continually impressed by the quality of Columbia's finishes as well. Their paint is practically bullet proof. If you read around for a bit, you'll find a lot of cabinet companies have issues with their painted finishes, however I can say from experience you don't have to worry about that with Columbia cabinets.Beyond the high quality of their cabinets, I can attest that working with Columbia is an experience of the highest quality as well. Columbia will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy.. Issues are uncommon, but every once in a while something will happen that is unavoidable. For example, whenever a cabinet is damaged in shipping, Columbia has 100% replaced the damaged parts and expedited them to ensure minimal project setbacks.I can't say enough great things about working with Columbia Cabinets. Our Columbia Cabinets are the best home improvement purchase we’ve ever made. They’re beautiful and the workmanship is fantastic. We’ve had them for about 2 years now so I can vouch for their durability - we’ve not had a single problem with them. We have a bathroom vanity from Columbia as well and it’s excellent quality as well.

I have been a Columbia dealer for many years in the San Diego area and I am consistently impressed with the quality of Columbia cabinetry. they have plenty of contemporary and traditional door styles... it's very seldom that our customers can't find what they are looking for. They offer full plywood construction and represent a very good value at their price point. Quality is excellent in general and they have been responsive to any warranty issues that have come up. They are in the semi-custom category and do have a few limitations, but that is to be expected in order for them to hold to their price and lead time structures. I recommend Columbia cabinets without hesitation.

I have used Columbia Cabinets for all my remodeling projects in my home in Hillsborough. Starting twenty years ago I installed a cherry home office that looks as good today as when it was installed. I used Columbia for our Kitchen remodel, three bathrooms, a Murphy bed system, a bookcase surrounding a fireplace, closet cabinets and even night stands.The finish on all the cabinets is amazing and even after all these years it looks great.
