If I could give 0 stars as as review I would. Spent a lot of money with them and when -38 came and the furnace quit they wouldn't dream of helping or recommend help. Please shop elsewhere this outfit is unreliable after they get your money.

My parents got their furnace checked by them. The technician diagnosed they need to replace the inducer replaced. Once they're gone it started more loud noise when the furnace was ignited. My parents initially wanted to fix the sound but they ended up having more noise coming out of it.Then the technician said he doesn't know why?! Firstable They got over charged and diagnosed it wrong obviously. ( I've been researching the whole matter to diagnose it myself )They wouldn't come back to fix the problem unless we pay more !Ignoring the customer( they said their technician installed everything right according to manufacturer instructions. It could be parts problem if we want to return the product we have to pay more the uninstall and send the parts which can take up to six month.Once they already get paid they don't care! Worst customer service ever!

These guys are amazing. Called because my CO detector was going off. They came as soon as possible and fixed me up. Great job, highly recommend.Follow up.....came to complete job. Efficiently and quickly. Nicely done.

Thorsby and area, including Pigeon Lake, recently experienced a record summer rainfall that put many municipal and village sewer systems to the test. A number of our village neighbors experienced terrible sewer backup and sump pump failure issues. It is stressful when everyone needs a skilled trades person at the same time. As a consequence of a thoughtful neighbor and the expertise of Matt Gilbert, with GWI Group located in Thorsby we were so fortunate. Matt replaced the sewer backflow valve system which was not a simple task as it was cemented in place, not serviceable/dated and beyond repair. Matt chiseled cement like a sculptor (dust free!) and problem solved through infloor heating lines to carefully remove and install a new system. Matt is a meticulous, tenacious, precise problem solver who worked non stop (without a lunch or coffee break) to accomplish the task. An anticipated messy job but not so. Matt also constructed a metal floor cover and designed the valve for easy access and servicing that is nicely concealed under the underlay and carpet. Attention to detail, understanding building codes and being proactive are Matt’s obvious priorities. Excellent advice and consultation is offered in an understandable manner which also encourages confidence and trust. Matt kindly examined our sump pump discharge to the “great outdoors” and suggested a piping modification strategy to ensure it does not freeze up in cold weather. An excellent approach to ensure no ice buildup/blockage and potential damage to the pump itself. It is worth contacting Matt and the staff at GWI in advance of inevitable climate issues (too much rain or too cold) to examine your water and heating system for servicing in advance of a problem. Exceptional service, expertise and only minutes from the lake! Kudos!

The GWI group did an excellent job completing a furnace replacement at my cabin. The new furnace runs smoothly and is much more quiet than the 30 year old beast I had in there prior.The installers were great and cleaned up their mess, and put the furnace with all the ducting in a tight space really well and clean.Definity a good group to deal with. I got three quotes for this replacement, and they were not the cheapest, but did more than the other companies quoting (ie, ducting, noise dampening, etc).

We recently contracted GWI Group to install a new furnace.We were extremely satisfied with the service this company provided .The company personal were timely, polite and efficient .The project was completed on time and the workspace left completely clean and tidy.We would highly recommend this company .Excellent workThank you

Had some issues with my pressure tank. Booked an appointment and Jake showed up right on time. He answered all my questions and had everything working as designed in less than an hour. I will call on them in the future for sure. Great experience.

We hired GWI to install our hot water tank and it was not installed correctly which caused our house to flood in the middle of the night and it caused over $20,000 worth of damage. They are not taking any responsibility and left us with the bill and actually charged us on top of that to have them come out and fix the water tank. Our insurance company is trying to go after them and it’s been a year and still nothing.

Jake took the main bathroom toilet off and replaced the seal, it was quickly done but done well. Then he removed the ensuite toilet which was poor quality, replaced the water lines, the seal and installed a good quality toilet. Jake was very professional but also very personable and friendly. We have cats and he paid close attention to make sure they didn't get out. He had Rich with him as he showed him the ropes and was very patient with Rich.We will continue using GWI everytime.

Booking to get a quote was easy and timely. Cory was helpful, professional and knowledgeable to deal with. Jake who came to do our work was friendly and professional and did an excellent job on the work.
