Strength to Overcome
While visiting home this summer, I reached out to my long-time friend Jensen for a PT session. I've been personally trained before and have been a gym-goer for years, so I was very excited when Jensen curated a full body workout for me that was both fresh and motivating. Under his guidance, I learned new skills and cemented older ones. Jensen is very knowledgeable and passionate about personal training. His love of physical wellness also extends to mental and emotional wellness. Jensen has been a tremendous addition to my fitness regime! I started working with Jensen 3 months ago, with an inflamed hamstring, no longer able to ride my bike. Along with yoga, we have a 2 X week program, working around my injury, but strengthening abs, arms, legs and have even added a goal of mine to 'stick a handstand'. I came to Jensen because his video looked like he had an interesting approach to fitness - and he does. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and manages our weekly program, tracking progress on an app, while changing up the exercises monthly. I feel like I'm making great progress, staying fit, despite my issue, and today stuck a handstand for 11 seconds - woot woot!! I'm inspired and thrilled to have found Jensen. Agrees with Dallas, his personal gym is great - there is nothing we can't accomplish! Here's to more fitness goals in 2022!!

Jensen is a great personal trainer, he has great attention to detail, very motivating and has lots of patience! Been training with Jensen for about 8 months now, and I can’t say enough good things! As a personal trainer in Collingwood, Jensen's fitness program has helped me build strength and improve my posture. Like many others I sit at a desk all day and have many pains associated with doing that. Within 1 month I saw results that relieved shoulder and arm pains and benefited from increased energy as well as a much better posture. Jensen's approach is not only perfectly tailored to what my needs are, but also extremely informative as it is very clear he continuously improves his fitness studies. If you are looking for a certified personal trainer in Collingwood and do not like going to Gym's to workout, Jensen will guide you through a proper workout routine and teach you how to workout. I will be continuing with his program for some time as I can very clearly feel and see the benefits of strength training. Thank you Jensen, i am looking forward to the ongoing health benefits of exercise and how it has improved every other aspect of my life.

I came to Jensen with chronic knee and shoulder injuries. Jensen was able to tailor my workouts so that I could build strength in those areas without discomfort or risking further injury.
