I'm a bit embarrassed to say this but, I'm pretty much considered a regular here now since I work in the area and conduct some of my work out of this location.I'm absolutely floored at how well they manage long lines and how hard working the staff are. Washrooms and tables are always clean.They even deal with the annoying highschoolers from Denison appropriately when needed.It's not just one or two people working hard, but every single one of them behind that counter.My coworker and I from time to time change up locations as we work on the road, and we are constantly disappointed with other stores in Newmarket.The other locations (here's looking at you Leslie and Stackhouse) could learn a few things from these guys.This is one of the few Timmies that do it right.

I got coffee from this location a few time a year ago and every time they tasted sooooo bad and yet I thought to myself it could have been a one time thing, but I gave up and stopped going there. Today my colleague bought us coffee from this place and to my surprise it still tasted awful! Like they brewed the coffee in an old burnt pot, or used the coffee powder a few times. All of us dumped our drinks. Not upto Tim Hortons' quality at all. I think they should do some research from Tim Hortons HQ.

I am not one to leave negative reviews; however, after multiple attempts to try this Tim Horton's and having the same experiences, I felt the need to comment.Every time I go to this location, they are always out of something... eggs, wraps, chicken, hashbrowns etc... even if I arrive there in the morning. Also, the line takes forever... it is the slowest drive thru I've ever been through (which is also unfortunate to be stuck in when getting nothing because they don't have anything you want to order).

I usually do not write reviews based on only one visit and I always considered occasional mistakes but the service at this location is very bad. Do not know what is going on in this location. No supervision and the service is always poor. On a couple of my visits, they took orders and after I paid, they came up and said we do not have your order and they gave me another drink at a lower price. for instance, I ordered French vanilla with an espresso shot and they asked me if I want coffee instead, first of all, they could check when they take the order, if not they should compensate me the price difference which never happened. This happened more than two times with other orders. Inside the location is not clean, there are random flies over the donuts. I gave them chance to visit again but nothing has changed. On my last visit, I ordered farmers' wrap and a medium French vanilla, the wrap literally was empty and the drink was not a full and the cup was very sticky. I do not recommend this location at all.

The worst tasting Tim Hortons ever. I thought it was a mistake with how bad the coffee tasted but I have gone here about 10 times and it's terrible every time. Good thing there's a McDonald's in the same plaza.

This review is for Tim Hortons in Lowe’s Plaza.We were very disappointed with the food. The lettuce was in edible as it was black on the ends. I politely mentioned to whom I believe was the manager. She was not interested and said she would mention it to the chef, and continued to chat with her fellow worker. I left and certainly will never return. My wife said the washroom was disgusting.

Great coffee ehh. Great selecting of hot and cold beverages and lots of different menu options. Great for on the go. Fast and friendly service at drive through. I do wish they would come up with a more earth friendly cup option.

I usually do not write review, but for this store, i need to say Very Poor Customer Service, Staffs and the store manager are all rude like no service at all. Cannot satisfy customer simple request due to extra labor and wrapping cost explained by the store manager. Report to Tim Hortons Headquarters but this store never follows up. Give up, never visit this store!

for whatever reason EVERY time I come to this tim’s they don’t have what I ask for. without fail they seem to have run out, honestly kind of funny but sooo frustrating when all I want is a simple drink or wrap.

So many fruit flies in the coffee shop and the tables weren't clean. I feel they can be more attentive to cleanliness. Also my coffee was 1 inch from the top of the cups lid. They should pour the coffee properly.
