The staff at Comox refrigeration go beyond the mark to help their customers. Honestly one of the best customer service experience I've had here in the Comox Valley. They are extremely helpful, they will answer questions you have right over the phone. Sunday evening, we had issues with our air conditioning unit. Upon calling Comox Valley refrigeration an after hours technician answered and saved us money, by explaining what some of the issues could be over the phone for free. Through that conversation I was able to get our airconditioning unit up and running again. We just had a Fujitsu heat pump installed, and are very happy with both the professional installation and knowledge of Colin and Trevor. They really know their stuff, are easy to talk to, and left us feeling that we're in good hands should there be any issues in the future. It gives us great peace of mind to know that we have a 12 year warranty on everything, and can call them 24/7 to help, at no extra cost. We both feel confident that they will follow up promptly. They make us feel they really care about their customers. We want to give a special shout-out to Brenda in the office. She was always kind, prompt, knowledgeable and patient with the whole process, and she has a great sense of humour. It made such a difference knowing that she was always there to help and explain things to us old folks. Thank you, Comox Valley Refrigeration, for a job well done!

Excellent customer service and communication. During our deep freeze in the valley, we had no heat due to a worn out belt on our hvac system. There was no way to access the heating unit for about 2 weeks as a result of the ice and the way our particular roof is structured. They came back on a regular basis to check in with us as well as to see if they were able to access the unit.

Colin and Trevor did an excellent job in installing a mini air conditioning system in my condo. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you

When we moved to the Comox Valley we decided to upgrade our heating system to a heat pump in our older home. The service from Collin was knowledgeable and professional. We ended up installing a Fujitsu unit that heats as well as has air conditioning, which was perfect during our heatwave. Not once have we had any issues with our machine or service. Top notch!

It is refreshing to work with a company that does all the little things well. We appreciated their electrical contractor (Tilley) as well. Colin and Trevor were as good as it gets. They did what said they'ddo. Thanks guys !

I wanted to share my experience of “Comox Valley Refrigeration”, to warn others of their inexperienced knowledge of the products they sell. We originally put in a York heat pump system out of the recommendation of this company, only to find out they where not the quality and stamina that was promised. Over the past 11 years, we have constantly had major issues with parts needing to be replaced and sensors lasting less than 6 months. Due to this, we have gone without heat and air conditioning, forcing the house to be almost unliveable half the year. The repairman, has come to our house more than 30 times charging us a great some, without fixing the immediate issue. Whenever we tried to get ahold of this company to express our concerns, we where either ignored or treated rudely by reception. The workers at “Comox Valley Refrigeration” should be re-educated on their products, as they are currently relying on their small amount of common sense and limited product education to fix issues that should only take an hour of their time.In conclusion, please take the time to think before choosing “Comox Valley Refrigeration” as your pocket book maybe empty by the end of your experience.Thanks for your time!
