This one star just because don’t have 0 star. This company promised 5 year warranty, but that’s not true. After 5 month, window glass broken because improper installation( unbalanced), they denied everything. this company is ridiculous!!!!————————Today is 2021-10-26I just noticed the response of the factory. Then you can find they still denied everting.The first thing is all window include the vinyl frame is from this company. In the picture posted , The frame didn’t have any mark of impact , also in the glass of the window. The area where broken begin is very small then spread . Last week I invited two glass experts to inspect the window .they all told me that the installation area didn’t even, maybe something inside the middle of Frame which cause window unbalanced force on both side that broken the glass. Funny thing is from when I told the factory the glass is broken till now , They even haven’t sent any people come to do some inspection. OMG it’s more then two months since then. They even don’t know which area broken But they responded here, is that funny thing eh! 15 years warranty!. Sham on you!

I have not used their services. Will not after seeing that their staff finds even the simplest things too hard to comprehend... The delivery driver was definitely able to hop up into that truck with ease.
