I recently visited Mobile Shop to purchase a prepaid plan and was extremely impressed with the service provided by their employee, Jason. Despite being multitasked with different customers, Jason managed to provide exceptional customer service that made me feel valued and appreciated.He took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the best prepaid plan that fit my budget and usage requirements. He was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.What stood out the most to me was how Jason was able to multitask between different customers while still providing each one with the same level of attention and care. It was clear that he was committed to providing excellent customer service, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase.Overall, I would highly recommend Mobile Shop and Jason to anyone in need of mobile services or products. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched, and I look forward to returning for any future mobile needs.

I've been here twice: once for my daughter's first phone and the second time to get myself a new phone. During both visits, Prath was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, personable. He made the experience easy and helped figure out what plan/phones were best for our needs. What's amazing is the amount of PC points that I left with! These will certainly come in handy given the current cost of groceries! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

What an absolutely amazing customer experience I had dealing with PRATH at the Mobile Shop in the Real Canadian Superstore on Innes road. What can I say, I was treated with respect, given beyond a plethora of options and I maintained a positive vibe when dealing with financial issues. I can state definitively that I have NEVER had such perfect interaction with any sales associate. I left with a smile and with the knowledge that everything I purchased was Exactly what I asked for and Needed. I stand by my statement that if anyone needs REAL cellular information, the best thing to do is go to their kiosk and speak with them, especially Prath!

He asks the right questions to get you the phone that's best for you. When you shop during promotions and take advantage of the points PC provides, the deals can't be beat. Excellent customer service with a painless experience! Steph was very helpful and patient in explaining benefits between plans, and providing suggestions. As well, he was also patient and knowledgeable in explaining what benefits each device had, and got me additional discounts with the service provider.I highly recommend this place!

The level of service Elly provided to me was outstanding! I met with her once, she gave me alot of information with regards to upgrading my phone, she then took my number and told me she would call me should any new offers come up, and that is exactly what she did. When I went in to do my upgrade, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service is awesome. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cell phone or just wanting to upgrade to make sure you go to Elly. You will not be disappointed :) Thank you Elly!

The service at this location was exceptional! At a time when customer service seems so lacking, this was a very pleasant surprise! I dealt with both Ellie and Prath. They were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and set me up with a plan and a phone that I’m super happy with!
