Nova Truck Centres

I had a terrible experience with these guys, they simply ripped me off, They just took advantage of my inexperience and they sold me used equipment with a mileage but hiding about it from me on the preliminary truck demonsttation 181000. + extra 3000 for kind of air etc, Cascadia they took all my savings from me, leaving me without any funds, taking even a refund of the GST tax that I should have received a refund from the government, I still have to live in the truck like a dog just to be able to pay the loan. Also later I found out that the truck had been damaged and the front bumper was repainted, they also replaced the 5th wheel with a cheaper one without my approval, in the end I was given financing at 8.99% for 5 years , with inflated interest with not even distribution , despite the fact that 5-7% is advertised everywhere. Their documents are so confusing, it took me almost a year to understand what was happening.The truck is less than a year, but everything breaks down without stopping, the guarantee is very tricky, they say that 700000 km on powertrain but it can be only pistons of the engine but not anotger all parts of the engine that you may think, this is not powertrain according of the Freightliner and not cover by warranty...Extension warranty is also a fable, you pay extra money but the warranty is not OEM , so if something will breakdown you still will must pay lots of money and quality of the work will force you retern 3-5 times , ofcorse each time you will be pay extra fees it doesn't matter which dealer you go to...The Novotruck are just tricky and hypocritical guys, I don't recommend dealing with them, especially the guys who are migrants, do not give them the opportunity to rip you off as they did it to me!I wish for these guys that they would spend the money they used to rob me on a medicines for themselves . Amen !
