I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company when they installed my windows and doors. From start to finish, they were nothing but professional, clean, friendly, and timely. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their product and the attention to detail they demonstrated throughout the installation process.

Ordered windows and door. Live in Dominion City. Did not receive any windows or doors until April. Happy with product! Service is terrible! Absolutely terrible! Lying, false info, language barriers. Treated with hostility by supervisor on day of install. Initial review and measurements were wrong. Still waiting for insert double pane slide in for stained glass windows (single pane). Asked to put on payment plan. Nope, I needed to scramble and try to pay off wanted total at one time. Phones today and told by Alex I'm wrong. He is right. I never asked for any of above. I don't know what else to tell you. But this is a headache waiting to happen. Absolutely fed up. Poorly run, poor execution, poor information. It has been my worst home repair yet!
