My garage door cable broke after coming home from a long day. I messaged Rob late in the evening not really expecting a reply but not only did he reply, he hooked me up with a spare cable. Also when I told him I was going to attempt the repair myself, he sent me a video and some tips and instructions to ensure I was doing things safely as well as doing it the right way. The care and thoughtfulness from Rob is refreshing to see in the service industry. Top notch service! Thanks Rob!

It's been almost a year so I feel I should write a review especially after the recent service I received. I had my garage door installed last October though during the Xmas Holiday's we connected some lights through the garage and must have cracked the seal at the bottom of our new carriage door. This coupled with extreme summer heat caused the vinyl siding to warp a little on one side. I reached out to Rob whom at that time was at the hospital dealing with a family emergency and he responded right away (Unbelievable!). He came over the very next day and repaired it after telling him truthfully what happened. He didn't charge me a dime for the follow-up and I was in awe over his above and beyond response. I would definitely recommend Direct Overhead Doors if you are looking for exceptional product(s) with great customer service throughout. I also just referred them to my parents home for a double carriage style door and will post a review for that later. Thank you for everything Rob and God bless!

In my opinion the most important aspect of a customer experience is after service support. Purchased a pair of Clopay gallery doors in late summer of 2019. These were installed by Robs team and worked properly for about year or so. I contacted Rob during this past winter for a tear in the weather stripping and a torn door handle cable (both in email and phone call). Multiple promises by Rob to replace and nothing to date. Just yesterday to my surprise the spring broke and yes another call was placed to Rob with no response. Please ensure you complete your due diligence when selecting a garage door supplier. I regret my decision.
