Staff are great, never anything in stock though. Why no reserve online and pick up in store. Would save so many wasted trips to the store where I come back frustrated and with no vape supplies.

Buyers Beware!Bought a pack of Caliburn pods here last week, started using them yesterday only to have 3 pods out of the 4 pack (didn't bother with the last one) crack and fall apart (in the vape!) after few puffs even though they are brand new. With the 3rd pod, I ended up getting nic salt and small bits of plastic in my mouth when I puffed not realizing the pod had shattered.Brought the box and one of the broken pods back to the shop and explained my situation. The guy at the counter was nice enough to offer a replacement box but I declined it because I'm scared to use anymore Caliburn products after this experience. I asked to exchange it for a different product but was told that their policy doesn't allow for it and to contact UWELL. Be careful buying Caliburn Pods!

I have been a few times to this location. They are very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A worker named Jay went out of his way to look up and trouble shoot an issue where a device which I purchased had incorrect instructions on how to lock the device included in their instruction manual with the device despite being a leading manufacturer and saved the day. They have some good unique flavours as well. Check them out.
