Yikes. $55 for the exact same item that you'd get online for $18-$30. I don't even want to know how the pot lights etc. are priced, save your time and money and buy online or from a more well-known light provider. Thank you, however, to the kind woman at the counter who was willing to give me a refund only since I had come back 5 minutes or so after leaving.

Worst experience in my life. My land load told me to install LED lights for my garage I rented and he told me he will cover the cost. I bought 7 out door LED light last Friday for $120 each and Saturday we planing to install it. So land load also presented that time and he find that out lights are not enough watts and I bought it for over priced.He told me returned this back and he will buy for the garage. I called this store and asked about the return next day which is Saturday they told me there is no return only exchanging is allowed. I don’t need to by any lights from there for the exchange.Now it is sitting in my garage. All are Brand new in sealed original package and refusing to get return in one day from the purchase date.Out side this kind of lights are selling $85 with two years warranty.Buyers be aware. Bunch of dishonest peoples are stealing your money here.

First time. going to Jenco and to be honest ,it’s definitely a place I will be returning to . The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Will definitely never shop here again.I was sold the wrong colour of light after clear instructions. I called in to discuss an exchange for the right colour however, I was told to purchase a new set of lights. Overall very unprofessional and poor customer service. Highly recommend to try out other stores available nearby.

One of the worst customer Service. Bought some lights on march 12th came back to return they said no returns because of covid19. I came 3 times to return it n have same answer. Today September 3rd finally they said they will take it back but we will give you store credit Which is ridiculous.Filling a dispute with my credit card companyVery disappointed. Owner said I don't care about a customer like you.When I leave he said just leave don't want your businessShame on the sales person

These individuals work hard day by day, organize the site to the best of their ability, answer the phone promptly and with great customer service, and also provide great customer service to each customer who walks through their front door. Thank you to those workers and don’t forget to always be valued and respected at work by your superiors. The owner or manager of this particular site is not appreciative of his stuff nor does he value them. Walking around telling customers that your staff are careless and don’t know how to do their job it’s not an appropriate or professional way to run your business or treat your team members. Here’s to hoping you work on that and show them a little bit more appreciation.

Visit this place frequently to purchase potlights. Best prices around and descent customer service . Never had an issue returning items as others have mentioned. Wish the Pickering location was this good since they are closer to me .
