The food is decent but the wait time is not worth it. We spent 45 minutes waiting for our food and were not given any kind of apology for the long wait. The waitress didn't seem to care about our experience and didn't come up to us during the wait time. She didn't give us any warning beforehand either. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. GREACY FOOD.

Calling all noodle lovers!!!!!! This isn’t my first time here and it definitely will not be my last. What an amazing and affordable price for what you get! 2 bowls of handmade noodles + a side dish for $30. The food is hot, fresh, and most importantly super tasty!!! The meat was super tender, noodles were cooked to perfection, and soup wasn’t too spicy. (I also love spicy foods so my spice level could be different from yours.) This has got to be by far the place to get handmade noodles downtown Hamilton! Service was a bit slow only because they were so so busy with all of the online orders and the restaurant was packed for dinner on Labour day, but it was sooo worth the wait! I didn’t expect to get a seat so soon but when we walked in we were seated right away. I also recommend not to wear a light coloured shirt as there’s a high chance it will splatter and stain it!!

Szechuan Noodle Bowl
Tasty beef (brisket) handmade or cut noodles are a flavour bomb! You can make your broth as spicy as you like. The portions are a good size and a bowl of noodles will suffice without ordering extras. The staff are friendly and the service is fairly quick. The whole family enjoys the food here! Whenever we are near Hamilton, we head here for lunch or dinner.

Szechuan Noodle Bowl
Wanted to try this place out after a very enthusiastic recommendation from a friend. He was spot on to rave about A6. That is the homemade spinach noodle bowl. I had spicy ground pork, my wife had not too spicy chicken. Portions were huge, but we savoured every drop. We will definitely be coming back for what is likely the best elevated Chinese food in Hamilton.

Szechuan Noodle Bowl
A great place to get Sichuan style food and it never disappoints. When you eat in everything is always fresh and made to order. The portions (especially the noodles) are significant and the cost is very reasonable. The broth is really good.We decided to grab some take out for the first time today, and I was equally impressed with everything when we got home. Everything was amazing and consistent. I have no reservations about grabbing some takeout noodles on my lunch break.

Good atmosphere and tasty food! The hand noodles felt authentic and were great. Not particularly vegetarian friendly, definitely let them know for all dishes if you have any preferences! Ordered the mapo tofu and but it came with a minced meat on top so I was unable to enjoy it, but im sure it would have tasted good. Service was quick and staff was friendly

Szechuan Noodle Bowl
The size of the bowl for the price was well worth it. The broth was delicious and full of flavour! I got the machine-made noodles with beef and I literally left nothing in the bowl.I gave it three stars for atmosphere but I don’t mean that in a bad way - it’s not the kind of place I go to looking for some amazing atmosphere. It’s just no frills delicious food plain and simple. Really look forward to trying other dishes!

Really delicious. From the outside it looks like nothing, but it’s super nice and vibey inside. The clear noodles with chili sauce were delish and not too spicy.Solid, diverse menu.
