City and Pest Control, Horacio, was instrumental in helping us get rid our rat infestation. The found their entry point so I was able to pour concrete where the rats dug themselves up trough my basement foundation. Within about 10 days, my house was clear. Kuddos to Horacio for returning to the scene and helping guide us on best practices. Thank you for taking care of us!

Excellent service, City pest came in and took care of the job for our entire building. Investigating nooks and crannies to get the job done. He communicated with all of the tenants in a professional manner and explained each step. If there are any issues again, we'll call these guys again, but we don't expect to call twice.

We had a a close call with a bug infestation! Googling for pest control companies in the GTA, we called city pest at 1am. The owner answered our call and was professional and helpful. He came by the next day and gave us professional advice and service- we got lucky that it was not an infestation and just a few beetles that had snuck their way into our condo. Definitely recommend!
