Shipping office 4 . Girl working there don’t know what to do , wasting every driver’s time. Provide proper training before employing someone at an important role. Driver’s time is important too!

I have appointments 9 am check in 7 am unloading.830 am ,clean washroom

Excellent shipping personal, wonderful security service, well organized facility

After reading all of the negative comments I found the place surprisingly good. Had delivery appointment setup for 14:00 and arrived at 10:00. Expected to spend half a day long, but got the door immediately. After 1 hour and 45 minutes (what is absolutely acceptable) received my bills and gone. Thank you Brimich Logistics, will deal again!

Office 4 staff is too rudeI am coming in this office everyday at 6.40 or 6.45 but they are not accept loadEven they have shift still at 7.00 am

Avoid there cold storage place on hardy road very slow don’t come here for pickup you will waste your whole day here.

Had an appointment for 4pm.Checked in @3:45pm at shipping office 4.Checked out @3am.After checking in,I was told that load is not ready yet but will be ready in 2 hours and will load you right away.I came to check again regarding load at 5pm and was told by the guy( from shipping office 4) that if you want the load then you need to wait or leave otherwise we will load you in 2 hours as they were missing 5 pallets.came back 7pm to check what happening with the load,then was told that somebody will load you soon.Came back 9pm and then was told that they are missing 11 pallets for the laod.went again to check at 10:30pm and was told we found the pallets but we loaded your trailer wrong so we need to do it again in 2 hours.Never coming back to pick up the load from this unorganized warehouse.Guy from shipping warehouse was extremely rude and lying again and again.He even said that they usually take long time to load and should have checked thier reviews before picking up load

I worked at this facility a bit ago and let me tell you this the way that Scott the one manager talked to me as an employee is disgusting, if I asked a question about the job we were doing or gave a suggestion on a more efficient way to do things he gave me responses like your job isn't to think or it's not for you to understand, and it wasn't just him the owners some TJ was handed a manager role, and what a useless person, both of them condescending and talking down to the workers doing all the actual work, not too mention the weight they expected us to left ourselves was way more then Ontario health and safety allows, this place is horrible to the people that work there and it's absolutely disgusting
