Quickest ServiceMy refrigerator stop working, I put in my work order during a long week end around 10:10am and by 10:20am, Aldo was already at my door ready to help and assist. My fridge was replace extremely quickly and efficient. In less then 30 minutes I was able get a response and action was taken right away. I cant express how fast my service is here, when ever I have a question or concerned I get responses within the hour(s) and the required help ASAP.

Great Service. Excellent staff.Liberty (building manager) is extremely professional and courteous.We just had our stove replaced with a brand new appliance also caulking was done very well in the shower tub.Teresa, Ray, Aldo the entire team is professional and takes interest in the residents well being.Great Job and Keep up the excellent work!

I’ve been in this building for over 5 years now and I’ve had a very positive experience all throughout and have only good things to say. All the staff has been incredibly nice and accommodating to me - they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, and certainly value my tenant loyalty. They say hi to me, make conversations when they see me and all service requests are always done timely and adequately! Special shoutouts to Liberty and her team (Aldo, Raymond, Lynne etc) who do an awesome job every day! I recommend this building 100% (conveniently located, kind staff, fantastic amenities). I can never move!

The staff members are friendly, considerate and empathetic. They are extremely responsive to any maintenance issues and are efficient with their service.The apartment's location is exceptional, as it is near the subway and grocery stores. Furthermore, the amenities provided by the building are amazing and well maintained.

Residence on Bloor is the most cozy place to live in Toronto. It’s atmosphere sparks me every day and produces a warm feeling. Because of people, who live here, who work here. I cannot even use term “management office”, because it is a true family. A family, who knows each person from the building, and even a floor where they live. A family who cares about your like for own child, when meet you in a hall or elevator. A family, who can hold your hand and listen to your emotions. A family, who always here and brings joy for everyone here on a daily basis. A family, who will help you even at 3 AM if you are in trouble. A family who stands with you! A family who shows with open heart their happiness for your happiness. I am honoured to live at the same place with such incredible people.It is also a special building on a fisical and energy level. It has its own interesting history, with phases, and events. Sometimes, I listen in elevator stories from my lovely neighbours who live here for more than 40 years. It’s amazing to touch the history and to hear about evolution of this building from different people.But also, I can feel the history just from the vibe. From architecture itself. Every time I enter the building, I imagine myself in a museum with details, that tells their stories. I can feel the magic of this building.Everything in this building is pure… from every person, who works here, who lives here, to every wall or tiny detail. And of course, a very special moment - decorations throughout the year. I am so impressed by the expressing love for all residents with such things as decor. Feels like it is a real HOME! I lived here for a year. Teresa, Liberty, Aldo, Ray and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, recently we had an issue with the dishwasher we have informed the same to the management and the staff here (Ray, Aldo and Adrian) fixed the issue right away and the cleaner was awesome he was best at his work, which we greatly appreciate. I could definitely say the best apartment and the maintenance I have ever seen.

The ladies of the administration team are phenomenal they assisted me in every way possible, from Arlene showed me the unit, until now they haven’t cease to amaze. There like my moms away from my mom! Arlene/Lynn is incredible. They are friendly, sincere, knowledgeable and very efficient ! I’m impressed with both them and the building, and I don’t regret my decision at all moving here !

Recently moved into this beautiful building with the best location. My apartment is so well designed with excellent taste and appliances. As a total geek, I love the fact that all the services from rent, laundry and maintenance are easily accessible through an app. However, what really blew my mind was the lightening fast response from the maintenance team who appeared at my door within a couple of hours after submitting the work order. Aldo, the technician assessed the situation and arranged to return to install a fixture I had ordered. Needless to say he did the most excellent job and was so courteous ! I never want to live anywhere else !

I like to stay this residence not only it's clean, but the people who are running this building (the Management people who sit downstairs) always welcoming everyone with a smile. They are very friendly. We can approach them at anytime. They are treating us with respect and fairness. Security service is also very effective. I like to live in this building and definitely will recommend to my friends.

I have been residing in the Residences on Bloor and I must say that I'm thoroughly satisfied. The location is unbeatable as it is situated right in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to everything. The building is aesthetically pleasing and has been maintained impeccably. The gym and rooftop pool are exceptional amenities that I frequently utilize. The staff members are always courteous and accommodating.
