Dr. Jawani is a great optometrist! He is very knowledgeable as well as pleasant and takes the time to explain things clearly. The staff are always friendly, helpful and patient.

Great staff, smiles and friendly the whole time. The optometrist was knowledgeable and worked through all steps of the eye appointment with great care. The front end staff were friendly and not pushy to make a sale, but instead were happy to offer options and help with the glasses selection process.

July 8, 2022I required some minor repairs forsunglasses and Rhea S. immediately made herself available and glasses were ready within a few minutes.Rhea was very pleasant, professional and was able to accurately assess the problem that required the repair.The retail location is located in the heart of Tsawwassen with plenty of free parking. I will be returning to this store in the future as they have a great variety of frames.Keep up the great reputation! 5 star service!Thank you

I had a very pleasant eye exam here, from Dr. Davies. He was very patient, thorough and kind. Sarah helped me to find the perfect glasses. I really appreciated her knowledge, expertise and guidance. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses. My experience couldn't have been better.

I was very unhappy with my visit yesterday. Although I had paid over $700 for a follow up package following eye surgery, on my last appointment yesterday I was advised there would be an additional $90 fee for my final appointment and that they would simply submit it to my extended health plan. After much uncomfortable discussion, this fee was waived.I was also unhappy with the automatic assumption that following the appointment I would be compelled, based on a very slight prescription adjustment, to immediately purchase distance glasses and prescription sunglasses. Way too much up selling.Although I am happy with the care I have received from the Doctor of Optometry there, I am not happy with their inflated costs, and sales tactics.I will be taking further business elsewhere.

Very welcoming front desk staff! I had a great first experience here with Dr Daniel who was very thorough and explained every step of the process as it happened, and Sarah who helped me with my new glasses and lenses! Looking forward to picking them up very soon
