I ordered a pair of earings off of Etsy, not realizing the store was in my backyard, Artinas of Vancouver supplied me with a beautiful pair of ear rings for my wife and had them to me in 3 days, and beautiful they are. I have since dealt with the Victoria store and a Gentleman named Carl, Service was first class. Had my piece ordered and spoke to Artist for me in the same day that I first spoke with him. Either of these stores you cannot go wrong. Thank you Artinas for hiring skilled and professional people.

The necklace that I just bought here is really amazing. It suites me perfectly. I am really comfortable of wearing it all the time. What a great jewelry you have. The staff is very helpful in picking up the best jewelry that I want. She handed me most of the time until I got what I like. I never even regret of choosing your jewelry shop for my accessory needs. This would be my new favorite one. Highly recommended!

Having an Indigenous background, I wanted to do something special for my 10th anniversary. Fred, cleared his bench to create a beautiful Hummingbird wrap ring, as the timeframe was very short. My wife was absolutely in love with this creation. I cannot Thank you enough for going above and beyondand making our anniversary one to remember.

Great jewellery that exposes work from several artists. I think it is a bit pricey but they have some really original artwork. We bought a necklace and got very good council from the seller.

I bought a pair of earrings here for a Christmas gift. The person working was so helpful and spent a lot of time with me even though what I was buying wasn’t that expensive. They also have an excellent variety of jewelry made by Indigenous artists, and their purchase supports the artist directly.

Artina's jewelry pieces are gorgeous and, most importantly, showcase and support local Indigenous artists. But the customer service deserves a 6th star. This team goes above and beyond. I had a tight time frame to pick up an item and limitations with heading to their storefront, and David and his team made the extra effort to ship my purchase to save me the hassle. The time, care, and dedication were more than I expected, and I can't thank them enough.I look forward to making many more purchases (in a much more timely fashion, for all our sakes) in the future.
