Super quick and easy service, I took my car here to get repaired after someone damaged my rear bumper. Booked the appointment a week ago, they handled all of the ICBC related stuff once I had my claim number and set me up with a rental car, which I only ended up needing for one day since they had my car ready to go the very next day after I dropped it off! Couldn't be happier with the experience, spent maybe 20 minutes in there all together and the bumper looks better than ever. Both guys that helped me at the front desk were super friendly and courteous both in person and over the phone too. Thank you guys again for the great service!

My Nissan Rogue got its catalytic converter stolen. Mike @ Boyd Autobody New West took all the responsibility from having the vehicle towed to his shop and after repairs, delivered in Surrey (due to my work schedule problem). He is such a wonderful and straight forward person and I am sure that everybody would like to deal with that kind of person. Keep it up Mike!

They do a great job, however the last time my new sunglasses were stolen from the car.I left them in the console the day I brought it in and they weren't there when I picked it up.

Dropped my car off and was told it was going to be 5 days to fix. Didn’t receive any updates after 14 days and it ended up taking 32 days to get back. When I picked it up no one said anything, they handed me the keys and that was it lol definitely have had a lot better service at No. 1 collision.

Mike and Amrit will help you out with all your needs. These two fine professional gentlemen accommodated me and have made my experience at Boyd a great one. Mike was thorough and clear with what needed to be done while Amrit was giving me updates on my vehicle while getting repaired from a hit and run. They were proficient. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here. The shop guys did an excellent job repairing the damage, they are extremely dexterous.
