New World Nails and Spa

I have been going to this place since they opened their doors!! It is such a great place to go very friendly staff clean building never treated in a disrespectful way! They always go out of the way too make sure that their customers are satisfied with what ever they have done!! If you need a new nail salon go see everyone at New World Nails & Spa !!

I had a girl but didn’t get her name. She was great. My nails look great and he was very gentle. I cut very easy and she didn’t cut me at all. I highly recommend New World Nails & Spa!!!

My go-to spot - have gotten 10+ gel manicures here and always super happy with it. Salon is clean and I've never had a problem here. Thanks to the great staff.

I would not recommend this salon. My daughter and each had a full set for an upcoming vacation.My daughter showed a picture to the technician and he did not come even close. He did not advise about the proper colour or product to match the picture at all. He did not seem to care. The technician who served me convinced me to change my mind to other products and styles, which I suppose I was fine with but it's not the kind of service I am looking for.We made an appointment here because the online pictures look great. Unfortunately, the poor service and quality has been very disappointing.The reason I am giving a poor review is because my nails started falling off after about a week. This has never happened to me before when I have had gel or acrylic nails. I was on a holiday, not working with my hands. No soaking other than showers.I am very disappointed and will not return.

AMAZING!!! Finally I have found a place in Hamilton that can do a great set of long acrylic nails!! Thank you Dan for the exceptional customer service and your great work on my nails. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Such a beautiful & clean environment!!I will never go anywhere else!!

Im loving my nails!! My tech did a great job - she took her time and was patient with me when I wasn't 100% sure of the design I wanted. Super glad we went with this design! I will be going back soon :)

Amazing!! I got the pearl pedicure and it was amazing and more. Paid much attention to detail, took her time and did a wonderful job. I will be coming back!
