Tina is a lovely person and her dog is very old and is in the store as she needs to keep an eye on her. To coment on Loyal Customer's comments about the dog: The dog is old and cranky as she is very old. This is quite apparent. Once you let the dog sniff your hand, she wiggles her tail and is fine. That is how you approach a tiny, cranky, elderly dog near the end of its life. To suggest she would attack anyone is absurd. Anyhow, as far as the service, also clear Tina is knowledgeable, professional and provides great customer service. If she needs to have her tiny dog in the store, so be it. Get over it. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I have been getting my orthotics and orthopaedic shoes from Orthotic Works since a was a little kid. Family run business and Tina the owner is always a pleasure to deal with. If you want to support local while also getting a very personal professional experience while meeting your orthopaedic needs this is the place. Highly recommended.

My visit with Orthotic Works in St. Catharines was excellent! Tina was so helpful and knowledgeable and very empathetic to problems people might have with their feet. It was an absolute pleasure to be at this place of business and I can't say enough positive things about my visit there and how helpful Tina was!

My wife Margaret and I have been going to orthoticsAnd Tina for over 15 years .She has been always cheerful and professional in every way.She has made it possible after. Injuries and problems of my own creation to get back walking excersising and feeling good again.I have delt with other places for orthotics and leg braces over the years but non did I have the success I have had with the orthotics measured and fitted by Tina.I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.As far as the person complaining about her dog ,they must have a problem with animals . Tina is alone in the establishment 90 present of the time . With the roberies.and dangerous people running these days .I don't blame her for having a dog as a deterent. Had problems with my feet and knees and back due to my diabetes. Went to see Tina who took all my feet measurements. She made recommendations and the shoes I now use have been a great help. Very friendly efficient service. Would recommend this place to anyone. Nick Papaleo

A perfect blend of expert knowledge in foot & leg biomechanics coupled with computerized analysis for customized orthotics! After a disappointing search for rigid sole orthotics, I concluded the only types made now were softer, foam ones. :(Years ago, I had custom rigid-soled orthotics made by a physiotherapist's office for plantar fascitis. Then... I heard news - orthotics should be changed every 2-3 years. Mine were 9 years old! I was foolish and threw them out! HUGE mistake!I bought the new custom foam ones, lasting about 18 months before they flattened and were unsupportive. I saw this as an unprincipled way for such companies to profit from pain! Went in to get my orthotics fitted and new sandals but because I have an ankle replacement I am very difficult to fit. Tina took the time to research all her catalogs and we found the best sandal ever. The straps can be moved around and not touch my ankle at all. Thank you so much Tina for all your time and effort. Most superior service. These are so comfortable and are worth every penny and more. I would highly recommend anyone with foot problems to go see Tina. Best thing I ever did.

Went in to inquire about orthopedics, a dog in the store immediately started barking and started coming over, I left right away. I love pets and don’t have an issue with a welcoming animal greet me at a business. Having a dog Aggressively bark at me and come forward without a restraint is not appreciated and ridiculously unprofessional! Simply went to your competition with my money.
