Fair service has been our go to since owning our home. They are easy to contact, punctual and very thorough. We had our furnace and hot water tank replaced and also had it set up to have an AC come summer time. They are very accommodating with schedule as well. Installation day they were super quick and efficient. I couldn't be happier with results. They even had the scraps picked up as well. Alex and the guys were fantastic! Highly recommend fair service and any and all of their technicians!

It was -25 out and our furnace quit. Called these guys up based on the reviews on Google and he came within 2 hours to look at the situation. Convinced us to replace the furnace with a variable speed one and gave us a portable 220 volt heater to keep us warm for the night. The installers came the next morning and installed the new furnace. They put down mats and worked all day! After they were gone the place was immaculate and we had a great furnace! Highly recommend these guys!

I had a new electric hot water tank and a new furnace installed by Fair , very good service and the team that did the insatll were A1. they were very good to talk to and anserd any questons i had , a very nice and clean install, I must say i called around many places first and it was always how much money we can get this cx for, some of the prices i got were nuts , But fair heating was very fair and explaned stept but step the diffrent options and prices . , I would recomend as they are honest and very good

We had Fair Service replace and install our furnace and hot water tank. They are absolutely the best company to go with. We got multiple quotes from big and small companies and their price was by far the most reasonable. Not only was it the best price, but their service was excellent. From start to finish they were professional. There team is extremely hard working ensuring everything is done right. My air conditioner broke. First company I called was Reliance Superior they where not able to take care of the problem in timely manner. The second company i called was Fair Service. I explained them that I have to be at work, and asked the to be as soon as possible. Technician Alex arrived to my house at 08:30 ,and at 08:50 everything was done! 10 stars out of 5 !!
