**DO NOT BUY HERE**Probably the worst customer service I have ever had.As soon as they got my 50% down payment , they totally forgot about me. Didn't care about my delays or anything at all. Never responsed to my emails ( Owner included so Maurice don't answer this review) Sold me stuff they did not have in stock and I had to turn around and go somewhere else and didn't bother offering something else or compensation.Took them 8 months to complete a Kitchen . Do not Shop Here!

Not a good experience at all with this store. My order arrived one week later from maximum ETA provided by Casa Reno Sales Representative, Alain (I recommend personally to write down the arrival timing on your Invoice Order, otherwise you may have my experience). Finally when my order arrived, around 70-75% was my order, around 25-30% wrong order( I saw this later at home). My personal feeling is: don't care

I love casarenodirect, I have been buying from here for years, the service is amazing and the products are great, I strongly recommend this place

Just a great team! A good smooth install of my Kitchen and air conditioning. The technicians were very nice and answered all my questions. Overall a great experince and I am VERY happy!

Nice showroom but the kitchen designer never called back to provide pricing. I spent over 2 hours picking flooring, cupboards, counters etc!!! REPLY to Maurice: thank u for your reply to my Google review but my visit to your showroom was in September so she was not overwhelmed by the xmass rush. Please don't bother having someone call me as I have lost confidence that I will get good service for my kitchen project.

They have a nice shop and goodt service but I would not recommend going with their contractors. I'm giving the place 2 stars mostly because of my whole experience.It was absolute hell to deal with the issue we had. I don't know where they found their flooring contractor (Desrosiers Plancher) but they will say they will do everything in their quote but once they actually start the work they will find reasons saying it's not necessary, but it's in the contract (for example at the estimation visit they said they had to relevel my floor with cement and the demolition cost will abnormally high because of that 3000$, once he started the demolition, he says your floor is levelled and I don't have to do the cement) but he made us pay for that. Not to mention they did not finish the third coat of stain on my steps and I had to somehow pay for their incomplete work. It was extremely frustrating to deal with the contractor through the store so I paid for the work because I was honestly just so fed up of dealing with the phone calls and going back and forth. I highly recommend that you find a contractor that YOU know has a good reputation and not the people THEY recommend.Also that contractor made up a bunch of lies about the work he did for my stairs which he did not. Unfortunately I did not have the proof but only remember what he said so he used that against us to switch things around about what he actually" said. Bunch of liars. If you can do the demolition and installation yourself I highly recommend you do. There's YouTube videos that show you how to do it. You will probably do a better job than some contractors that just don't care about anything than your money. Because of the bad experience

I shopped here last year for the camper flooring. Good prices and somewhat mediocre service. I went back for the entire condo flooring remodel ( 5k$$$ worth ) and it was as if I was disturbing them. In front of me they shined another couple with questions, and when I asked for service I was met with a very rude older woman who told me samples where 250$ deposits. When I asked her for pricing she turned and walked like if it was the worse thing in the world. As I walked out after this, I told her she should be nicer to customers, she replied that I was not welcome anymore. In this current economic climate I am surpassed and surprised when vendors refuse to be nice and accommodating to those of us willing to shop amidst all this problematic. I'm shopping elsewhere. So should you.

Went there to get a quote and plan done. Designer there gave us an appointment 2 weeks from there and took the ikea plans we had done for dimensions. Two weeks later they had lost our files and had only prepared an estimate with basically exactly what we had made for ikea - no change, no suggestion, no nothing but a price. Decided to go elsewhere as we wanted an expert's opinions and suggestions and Maria had neither opinions or suggestions, expert or otherwise.Fast forward two months: casa reno calls me with a date for installation. None the wiser, thinking they're my actual kitchen cabinet provider I almost scheduled a contractor. When I realized who they were, I called back to say they made a mistake, but they didn't believe me hung up on me when I told them they must've mixed files again.They just called AGAIN to reschedule. Now that they're the ones calling me, they were more inclined to believe there was a mixup.
